AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

From what it sounds like in this thread, I should have just paid the extra $100 and gotten the 128GB, in Silver, just to get it faster. The 6+ 64GB SG seems to be the most common model. Apple's website still 3-4 weeks, so I'm hopeful.

I sooooo feel your pain! I originally ordered on 9/15, found one in the store 2 hours away, they said they would hold it. Cancelled my order through ATT only to find they DID NOT hold the order. I had to re-order on 10/13!!! I'm way down on the list with absolutely NO hope. Pretty sure my order will still be pending when the 6s comes out so maybe will get a phone then......

She said for me to keep checking Apple Stores and if I find one there, call them and cancel my order and get it there. How is that for customer support, I think AT&T and Apple have problems with each other.
I will Keep looking, my shipment dates are Nov 9-27th and I ordered on 9/15 but they did not process order for 24 Hours so that would be 9/16 at 5:52AM

When I called and asked a few weeks ago they said the same
 
Update on 2 Silver 128GB + ordered on phone with Customer Relation on 9/19 9am EST. They immediately charged my card for 2 6+s at fully subsidized price including taxes. They also billed the 2 $40 upgrade fees immediately.

The websites have been saying estimated ship date of 11/9-11/27, and it always says processing, never backordered.

The 877# for some reason says I have 2 order numbers (1st one is backordered, second order number concurs with my online order as well as the confirmation email).

Today around 12pm EST, I called the 877#, the 1st order number changed from backordered to processing, but still the estimated ship date of 11/9-11/27. The second order number still says it is processing, the same message since 9/19.

Fingers crossed I get an update on tracking number in the next 24-48hr! Will revert and post updates when available so everyone can get a better estimate on timing.

Also, don't expect for tracking information to update right away, as the carrier (fed ex/ups/usps) has to then update their system. USPS is notorious for late updates so don't panic.

To those with recent movements on the 10/13-10/22 window bracket, congrats.

My phone left Ft. Worth yesterday via USPS, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Just be patient guys.

This is true. All of us who have our phones are telling u use 877 as your guide. Soon as processing u will have shipping time usually within12 hours and u will recurve phone within 72 hours
 
Thanks for adding me to the list. Checked this morning 877 number still shows backordered, website still shows preparing to ship since ordered 9/18 at att store.

Est. ship date still shows 11/9 - 11/27

Still no change from ordered date. I live in Hurst, Tx. So I went to AT&T stores to see if they had gotten any 6+ shipments. The manager said they had not seen any come in in awhile, that's also checking the main branch location. I believe it will be a long wait, possible past est. ship date due to no movement on the iphone 6+ space gray 64 gb.

At least some of you with the 128gb are seeing movement, and I'm so happy for you.

That is where I am now. I got my tracking number but USPS says can not be found.

How long after tracking number is issued are the phones arriving at your door?
 
I ordered a 6+ 16GB gold on 9/13. Up until today the 877 number has always said back ordered, however today when I called it says it is being processed but the expected delivery date is still in November
 
What the heck, Target?

Okay, I have a question. Who at Target is doing what to who at Apple? How is it that Target stores (at least according to idevicechecker.com) all over the country seem to have stock when nobody else does? Yes I know many of those 6+'s are 16gb but still......

On the AT&T status page you'll see the tracking #. You have to give it some time for that tracking # to update with the courier.

Depending on the service, 2-3 days. My phone shipped on the 21st and it's scheduled for delivery on the 24th via USPS priority.
 
FWIW, I checked this morning. My silver still says processing, but not shipped, and my grey is still on back order according to the nice lady who needs to be punched in the face a few times. I'm so tired of hearing her voice I can't even describe it.

My shipping date never changed on Att .com. I received e mail with my tracking numbers next day. It took 3 days fir me.i did see tracking info on Att.com but shipping remained same. Good luck

Went to targent looking for case yesterday and they have no pluses. Also T-Mobile and Walmart. I was looking for case. I live outside LA in Orange county

I tried to fight calling the 877# but broke down, said a prayed and made the call. my order status has changed from back order to processing and my back acct has finally been charged. Also the funny thing is it has my ship date 10-2 to 10-13.

Just got my tracking number! FedEx, picked up at 1:36 PM in Fort Worth TX. Will not be in Atlanta until Monday. It would have been nice if AT&T shipped next day considering how long it has been, however perhaps some of the ebola will have been decontaminated before it arrives.

I got mine Monday of this week and recirved my tracking number on Thursday. I also got mine thru post officewethet that matters I don't know.

Mine is USPS and my tracking number finally updated. I live in Tennessee yet my phone is NOT shipping from Memphis it is shipping from Fort Worth and said expected Delivery Saturday....So Good Luck!

Hey Bob- mine left Fort Worth at 8:38 am makes no sense Atlanta, Ga and Tennessee peeps are shipping out of Texas but hey I will take it where I can get it from! GL hope you get it on Saturday.

Status on att now says shipping usps, no tracking # yet!!:rolleyes:
Ordered 9/12 5:35 am EST, plus 128 sg! Delivery window 10/13-10/22

I know, its kinda getting my hopes up. I believe everyone that has ordered before with the same phone as me (128 SG) has rec'vd movement of the phones shipping and some in the same window as me (10/31-11/11) have already seen theirs ship. Hopefully the next round of shipping will see my phone ship as well!
