Probably, I've seen them show up on istocknow.com more often than any SG. Apparently, everybody wants that black front! I think they should come up with two back colors for the black front.... that should make them come out faster.
 
Hi all, I posted once a month ago when I originally ordered my new phone and have been lurking this forum ever since. I loved that people came back to update as they had movement, so here's my update:

Ordered iPhone 6+ SG 64gb from AT&T in store on Sunday October 19th.
Received shipping dates of 11/26-12/08.
Today (11/19) received text from UPS, email from AT&T, and online order status changed saying my order has shipped from Fort Worth, TX with an estimated delivery date of Tuesday 11/25 by the end of the day.
 
People in NY ordered their phones 3 weeks AFTER I ordered mine and have already received shipping details!? OK. I'm done. Going to Apple store today after work. F this nonsense. AT&T can suck it.
 
Ordered 9/22 from NY

Long time lurker here. Decided to sign up as I too have been waiting for a 6+ SG 128gb ordered 9/22 (NY). Att has been so rude throughout this whole process. I have a close friend whom works for ATT and even he's been dodging my questions. I've even lost interest in the phone; convinced myself it's just a bigger 5S :/. Hopefully we'll start seeing some 128gb delivery confirmations popping up here soon :).
 
Officially 2 months since I ordered (yeah it was a Saturday and my order didn't really go through until Monday 9/22, but still) and I still have no phone, no date, no idea, and no communication whatsofreakingever from AT&T.

It's great being a "Premier" customer I tell ya, stuck ordering from the worst company on earth.
 
I called 877 and my order is processing. The website still says preparing to ship and processing like they have since I ordered. But it's been processing almost two days now and I haven't received any shipping info. Has anyone had this trouble? Att is so weird could my order have actually shipped already and they just haven't updated the system?

Ordered 6+ gold 128 on 9/19 order got canceled
Ordered again 10/22 it went to processing 11/18

She stated "If you want to get your phone sooner, I'd suggest canceling your online order and going into our store and placing a new order"

Either she's talking about of her arse, or this cements my belief that AT&T on top of being completely incompetent, prioritizes everything over Premier customers.

Based on others' results, that is pretty standard. The 877# updates first, then, usually in 12 hours, the website updates. And usually you get a tracking number around 24 hours after it starts processing. I would still check the website and 877# and your email.

Congratulations!:eek: I just hope this means that more 128GBs will be shipping soon!
 
I have a sneeky suspicion that my order will not get fulfilled by the 27th. I don't think I'm alone in this either.

I've lost count of how many posts I've seen on here of folks ordering weeks after me (and the others from mid Sept) and getting their phones delivered.

Either way, I am giving it til the end of my ship window, 11/27, then I'm gonna cancel my order, and cancel my AT&T service (2 lines), place an order with Apple, and go to another carrier. Done with this BS.

I just had one of the AT&T reps say the same thing to me. I went off on her and said what sense does that make when the stores don't have any in stock#

The same thing is happening in Pa & MD. I ordered a SG 128+ On 9/27 and they ordered the same phone after me and they got theirs.

Don't think apple is making any 128gb models because of the bug they found. You can buy any iPhone now except the 128gb

If that's the case, it'd be nice for them to let us (the consumers) know. But, that still doesn't explain AT&Ts logic and how they're sending out phones.

So far, the ONLY thing I can tell, is that they go by Region. Each region get's it's phones before they move onto the next region, regardless of when/who ordered their phones. Which helps explain how Customer Service can send your phone when you call to cancel.
 
On istocknow I see NO 128 GB SG 6+'s in the entire US...

I check on it daily (ok, more than daily, but I can't skip work), and there have been several stores that had them over the last week.
But, to note, the Silver 6+ 128GB iPhones are all over the place. So, maybe changing color is the thing for you...

PS: 2 Months since order! But only 13 days since ESD ended!

I ordered a 64GB gold just like you on 11/11 with ship dates of 12/22-1/1. Called 877 and still on backorder Wonder if yours means mine is coming sooner
 
My story...

Been following this thread since pre-order started. Thought I would share my experience...

So I placed my order online via the AT&T website, Premiere, on the 18th Sept. I got a confirmation email with a order number shortly thereafter. The next day, Friday the 19th, I got an odd message telling me I needed to phone a number and verify some information within 7 days, or my order would be canceled. I tried to phone immediately and was put on hold, only to be informed their call volumes were too high and I should call back (then I was hung up on, no option to keep holding). I assume this had to do with it being the first day of pre-ording, whatever. So I went online and logged in and then started a chat session, this idiot proceeded to tell me that all was well, no issues with my order and that I could disregard the email. HAH! I just took screen shots and closed the window. I knew that was total BS. So Monday I phoned again and spoke with someone with a heavy Indian accent who verified all the information I already provided in my order, name, address, phone number, and payment details. My order then was updated and showed an order date of the 22 Sept (not the 18th when I originally placed it BUUT whatever) and a delivery date window of 31 Oct to 11 Nov. So I began the loooong wait...

On about the 28th of October, I notice a random charge on my credit card for 0.00$ from AT&T and, hoping against all hopes, check to see if my order was finally shipping! NOPE...my order wasn't shipping, it was CANCELED! No explanation, no phone call or email. I only noticed it because I logged into my account to pay my bill. (the random 0.00 charge disappeared btw). I call, I get on chat, someone promises me she'd try to find out more information and call me back. No explanation came, no call back came (shocker, I know). I tried several times to find out what happened to my order and no one could ever give me an answer as to why, and all the while my order still showed up in the Premiere order status page as pending shipment (even two weeks later it still showed pending shipment, long after it was canceled.

I gave up, I just went to a local AT&T store and ordered a new one on the 4th Nov, estimated arrival date of 14-24 Dec. A few days later I get a notice from my bank that my debit card is being replaced due to the whole Home Depot fraud debacle. Aaannd I move at the end of this month. Two days ago, I spoke with a representative about updating my card information and address for the order, she basically told me I couldn't change the address, it was for my protection, to protect my device from theft. I responded that this was ludicrous, as I could go as far as to go to a AT&T store myself and present my ID or passport to prove identity. Needless to say, I was told how "sorry she was" but that was how it would have to be done. Now we never even got to the part about the card information. I told her this whole ordeal was the worst customer experience I'd ever had and that I wanted to file a formal complaint. she apologised etc and I eventually just told her I was going to go to the store I ordered at and speak directly to the manager. This was 2 days ago, and today, miraculously, my phone was shipped, tracking number and all. Its already departed the UPS location, in transit. How this happened I don't know. My debit card number has changed, the old one canceled for fraud. I have no charge in my account, and no idea how they'll charge me. I assume I'll get a bill? The phone is already in UPS' hands, so they can't cancel it.

I feel sorry for those who ordered well before me and are still waiting. At this point, I'm not even that excited anymore. Just relieved it may finally be coming to an end.

Anyway...thats my story of this nightmare, joke of a pre-order/order system from AT&T.

Just got off the phone with AT&T CSR. Here's about how it went:

CSR: My system says that it was shipped on 11/7.

z24561: Clearly that's not correct, I don't have my phone.

CSR: Yes sir, I understand. It states that it is in Pending Shipment, which means that the postal carrier has not yet received it.

z24561: OK. So can you find out when the phone will be in stock?

CSR: No sir. It is currently not in stock. There is no way to know when it will be in stock again.

z24561: Is there someone else that can find out?

CSR: No sir. But if you want your phone sooner, you should try at an Apple Store.

z24561: ok, thank you.

I found it interesting that the guy who helped me in store with my second order did tell me that ATT has not updated its shipping estimates since mid September, (or provided that information officially to their employees) that was on the 4th nov, so they literally have no idea how long it will take
 
Fyi. Apple is still making 128 GB. I ordered mine through Apple last Thursday and was garunteeed a phone in three weeks.

This was after canceling a pending order with ATT dealing with several rude reps the ceo and a gentleman in the appeals office for two months. None of whom could do anything right.

The guy I ordered through at Apple was disgusted with what I was telling him id dealt with and the blame ATT is trying to put on them. He said they're either not ordering enough to cover orders placed or they're sitting on tons of phones.
