AT&T Pre-order status

When i ordered my iPhone 6 plus it said shipping was 14-21 days and now when i check the status on att it says shipping is 10/31-11/11 anyone else having this problem. i got my order placed in 27 mins of opening

Same here. I placed my order at 3:18 AM eastern time. My status is showing that my phone will ship between 10/31 - 11/11 as well.
 
Not sure which configuration you ordered, but this is why pre ordering through apple is an absolute must. The carriers just dont have the volume to keep up with pre orders. Even if you got a preorder through right away through a carrier, your status will likely update to something different.
 
I had to order through att because i am using someone else's upgrade on my plan .
 
AT&T is definitely much worse than Apple's site or Store app. I managed to get two phones ordered from AT&T before 3:20am and the fact that I never received confirmation email freaked me out so I kept trying on Apple and ended up getting 9/19 delivery with email confirmation so I just canceled the AT&T ones this morning.
 
Ordered a space grey 6+ 128 gb at about 6:30 AM on 9/12. Just got this text from AT&T:

Congratulations! We have processed your order and it has been sent to our warehouse for shipment. You will be notified when your order ships. Go to < www.att.com/wirelessorderstatus> to check order status.

At almost the same time AT&T sent me that text, I got an email from them stating that I should be receiving my phone between 10/13 and 10/22.

I'm hoping the text is the more accurate of the two.
 
I'm really hoping the early October ones get bumped up to 9/19 but I know that's probably not going to happen.
 
Of course the panicked people who are ordering at multiple sites and cancelling orders aren't helping the situation. It's probably like herding cats to know what inventory they have at any given moment.
 
I got email confirmation at 11:54pm, and shipping status email at 1:15am, saying 10/2-10/14 delivery.
why i ordered through ATT?
 
I'm pretty disappointed.

I ordered at 1:58 CDT (a few minutes before pre-orders were supposed to go live) and my confirmation email that came about 20 minutes later said 14-21 days.

I got a 6+ 64GB Space Gray. I have not seen any posts from anyone who ordered this combination through the AT&T website that have said they are scheduled to deliver on 9/19.

Did anyone with that combination who ordered super early get a 9/19 date and not the 14-21 days (or worse).

I'm still hopeful I will get it on launch day.
 
I got a question. I check my order and it says status pending and shipping date pending, yet my credit card has been charged the 430.00 for the phone. You know if that means it's gonna be shipping soon?

not sure i ordered through att and status says preparing for shipment, they have also charged phone to my account but delivery says 10/31-11/11. when i placed my order and on my order email it says 14-21 days shipping.

i got 10-13 thru 10-22 :( and i ordered within 3mins of site going live
 
I ordered approx 3:15am EST through AT&T; new NEXT customer

iPhone 6, 64gb, space gray

$1 + $45 on hold fon my credit card (it currently has a hold date of 9/15)

I'd imagine the order status will once again change on Monday (9/15) once the holds are processed. Hopefully in my favor.

I've gotten a 21-28 days for me. And my card has already been processed. And as of now.. my number is ineligible for an upgrade.

I'm on standby till then.
 
I checked the status and now my order says "Preorder Processing
Expected Ship Date: 10/31/2014 To 11/11/2014". Should I be expecting it a bit sooner?

My bet is that AT&T's estimates are way off. I bet a lot of us that are showing October dates will actually get units on the 19th.
 
EVEN MORE ANNOYING..... My order was canceled because of "Unfortunately, we couldn't verify your address and, as a precaution, your order was canceled. "
 
I want to cancel my pre-order and AT&T won't friggin let me. My order still isn't appearing in their system. I have an email with a number and thats about it. Spoke to 3 reps and none could cancel it. Their systems must be so disjointed
 
I think all the dates will fix themselves next week once they have phones associated with the lines of service. This happens every year.
 
I thought they would NOT charge until the phone shipped? I've been charged $541 already but my date is not until October 2-13. :confused:
