AT&T Pre-order status

You're right! The order status from the link they sent says Preorder Processing, the one on att.com says Preparing to Ship
None of them allow me to cancel the order, but the charges on my cc have dropped.
Hopefully they ship today or tomorrow!

After ordering my phone the confirmation says it will ship 10/13-10/31. Over a month?! I've read that a lot of status are changing but mine has maintained those dates with no movement. Has anyone else had the same problem or ordered the same and have an earlier shipping? Of course I will wait and be patient but after reading that a lot of people got moved up from later dates than that has me scratching my head at ATTs process. Thank you

Premier Customer should go to www.att.com/wirelessorderstatus and use either their phone number to look up the order, or use the Premier order number has a "Order Confirmation ID", it won't work if you use the number has "Order Number"

https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1779200/ - The linked thread is for AT&T 6 plus only. I've seen a few people there whose orders have shipped. Not sure if they have a 9/19 delivery date or not, but it seems likely. If not 9/19, then sometime really soon.
 
My IP6 shows up as shipped now. Will be getting it on the 19th. yoooho.

Till yesterday night, it was showing up as preparing for shipment. But when i look at fedex tracking, the package went to fedex on the 15th.

So, even if you see packaging status, your phone might actually be on it way already. ATT is probably catchin up on updating shipping status and tracking numbers.

I originally had the 10/2-10/13 delivery day. Monday it changed to 10/13 delivery day. Woke up this morning and now its back to 10/2 delivery day. Who the hell knows whats going on now. Its utter chaos with the carriers, I know they must be insanely overwhelmed. We'll have to see what the next 48 hours brings about. This is was for a 64gb Gold +

Excellent. Thanks for proof! They're using Apple's graphics from Apple Store.. All good.. Just wanted to check for sure.. You're the THIRD person to show proof of a 6+ arriving on Friday from AT&T. There will be more.. But not many.. When did you order again?
 
My i6 16GB silver says shipped with a Fedex tracking number, but my CC still has not been charged. Has this happened to anyone else?

Also my girlfriend's i6 16GB gold says preparing to ship with tracking as "pending shipment" and with a shipping date of 9/17-9/18, but when she calls the 800 numbers neither one can find her order. Happen to anyone else?
 
OMG!!! My wife's IP6+ 64gb gold just got a tracking number on Att's site. Tracking is with Fedex. Eta is Friday before 3pm. Since she ordered her date has ALWAYS been Oct. 3rd-13th. She ordered our phones 3:05am est.
my IP6 64gb Space is next day air UPS, before 7pm.
So it looks like she'll get hers before me now. :(
Anyways, Att is shipping same orders different carriers.

I ordered at 3:45 EST i was in the 10/3 group and woke up to this.
 
The charge (or authorization) for mine is still there too. If it hasn't (or, wasn't) going to ship, wouldn't that have fallen off by now? I'm trying to be optimistic for a Friday delivery.

Yup! I'm telling you guys with late delivery estimates. Just wait. Most will likely ship by launch day.

I am so excited now. And notice everyone who got 128G i6+...only 64 gigs are getting tracking numbers now. 128 should be following!!!!
 
I ordered mine shortly after 3 AM est and got an email saying 14-21 business days. As of yesterday when I got to check my order status online I get an errors message "E0019: We are unable to locate your order...etc." When I call the number to check order status it tells me my order has been processed and sent to warehouse for shipment. When I talked to a rep he tells my order is still active but doesn't have a shipping date yet. He proceeds to tell me I probably won't get my phone til November and that not having a shipping date yet is normal. LOL. I ordered at like 3:05 and these clowns at ATT don't even have a shipping date for me and tell me I'm getting my phone in November. I bring up the email about 14-21 business days and the idiot on the phone laughs and says thats not accurate at all. ATT is the worst. I wish I could just switch carriers.
