Couldn't select "Hold at FedEx location". Hope it gets delivered well before 8pm!

OMG that is the ultimate troll! Every time my watch vibrates with a new email I'm almost afraid to look because I know it won't be from AT&T. If I got something from them today other than a tracking number I'd wanna stomp my watch!

Ordered a 6S Plus, Space Gray, 64GB on September 19th, and I just got an e-mail that it was shipped today for delivery tomorrow, the 25th.

I live in Wichita, KS. Shipping from Ft. Worth.

I ordered a SG 6s on the 20th and show ship date of 9/24 and delivery on 9/25.

Mine will be coming from Memphis to Knoxville and driven 2hrs to my town.

so it could ship as late as mid-night and still get here on time.

I have a feeling they are shipping the furthest from Dallas first, so we could one of the last ones to get a tracking number but this is only my speculation. Since you haven't got a tracking number yet, maybe there's hope for a 9-25 delivery yet:)

I just canceled my Best Buy order for the 6s+. Now I'm hoping that fedex delivers it in the am on Friday because I'm not able to schedule hold for pickup.

Good theory and I'll piggyback! I live about an hour from Houston and I haven't gotten a tracking number yet. Hope that's what they're doing!
 
What are some of the wait times on the phone with AT&T on launch day?

I am using a different line's upgrade and I was told I need to call AT&T to switch the SIM to my phone number. But I'm afraid I'll be waiting ages on hold...
 
For the people that think there is a order to the madness of how these iPhones are shipped. I ordered my 6s+ on 9/12/15 at 2:00 pm. Some people that ordered in the am still have not got a tracking number. I'm happy to know I will be getting my device on launch day (hopefully). I still wish AT&T would have a better numeric system in place that informs customers what group or number they are in for receiving a preorder item.

It is an AT&T issue.

FedEx will show on their tracking page whether a signature is required or not, and I've seen several say it does NOT indicate a signature is required. So you should be good to not be home when it's delivered.
