As of now, I'm getting "The items you have purchased are on backorder, check back [blah blah blah]"

Anyone else getting this? I was one of the first to order..

Also, backorder = 1 on my status on AT&T order status, and AT&T Premier indicates 'processing.'

Hmm..

Are you calling the Premier number and entering the Premier order number? I'm getting the same message as you when I call the regular AT&T number and put in my regular AT&T order number (the one with dashes). I think you're good to go (or at least with the rest of us. :))
 
Ah, I got that message by dialing 611 and getting routed to small business care, where I checked order status.

Calling the premier number on the site (1-866-499-8008) grabbed me the order is processed and will ship shortly message.

I wonder if the myriad of systems is left over from AT&T's->Cingular transition. From U-Verse, to standard AT&T logins, to Premier.. It's all needlessly complex.

Guess that's why our bills are so high.. Gotta maintain all that legacy software.
 
Premier- Not Back Ordered anymore!

Just an FYI- I ordered at 4:51am EST on June 15th and received my confirmation email from ATT at 5:08am.

Since then I have been backordered.. Until this evening, I just checked and I am no longer backordered!

Sometime between 8pmEST and midnight- they updated my status.
 
it's so frustrating...if its coming from the same warehouse as apple, why cant att tell us the same info apple people are getting???
 
I've called enough that I believe you press 2 3 1 and then your order number.

I am having same issue. Every time I enter the order number it tries to transfer me to a customer service person (who of course is off today). Premier currenty says processing for me. I can't figure out how to look up on ATT because I am new customer and none of the numbers I enter work.

Thank you Withe011. I called again, and it worked. This time I put my wireless number in. My order has been processed, and should ship shortly! YAY!!!!

Jomoeng, I kept having the issue you're having... have you tried doing your wireless number?
 
I ordered around 2pm on the 15th, never received an email, and it took about 2 days for my order to show up in the order status page. Mine says in progress, backordered 1, and when I called that number it said will ship shortly.

Hmm..

I have backorder = 1 but when i call to check my status it says your order has been processed and will ship shortly. You should call and check to see if everything is ok.

ordered at 5:00 CST 6/15
however the regular att order status says ordered 6/17...LIES :(
