Huh anywhere I try to log in for orders under ATT site I get order error. But if u check the premier email link on my phone vs comp. Phone page shows a processing line in page where regular site just has check boxes. Nothing to do but wait

Yeah I get nothing but errors from the non-Premier site.
 
My order status still has pre-order checked but ATT just charged my debit card.
Mine still has pre-order checked and only has the pending charge x_x ... oh well, won't be the end of the world if it doesn't get here Friday.

Oh wait, yes it will! Raaaggeeeee
 
Alrighty, so as you saw from the subject I'm an AT&T Premier customer. I was getting worried because I had ordered somewhat late in the game (roughly 24 hours ago lol). Today I wake to find that they've charged me $317 (instead of the $355 like I was told/expected) and that the status box now says pre-order.

It doesn't exactly give me any more information than that. Does it mean that I'm going to get it on the 14th, or will what the site initially said (14-21 days) still happen?


This is so stupid I did order phone at 4:30AM and it is still telling me I am on PRE-ORDER. I did call support and they have no clue!

I did order phone around 4:30AM on Friday and when I check the link I got in E-Mail confirming my order I can see that it was ordered on 10/07/2011. Now if check the link you posted I can see it was ordered on 10/08/2011 and its on back-order....this sucks...

It will be on backorder until it ships Priority Overnight on Thursday. At that point, AT&T will send you a FedEx tracking number. But don't expect that to work (at least it didn't last year) because the tracking system will be slammed.

At least you can get to the tracking page that isn't on Premier.
 
I used a the other order number that you get when you click on Order Status under Premier account to access the other order status pages.

Unless you have to log into the Premier site, I have no idea what you're talking about. The number I have starts out as 101417...

I can't register an account as premier though as it says:

Sorry, the wireless number you entered is an IRU (individual responsibility) account. This account type is ineligible for Premier Online Care. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered at 4:00am Friday and got the confirmation email. Email mentioned order was placed on 10-07-11 and expected delivery on the 14th. Then when I checked back yesterday, the status says order placed on the 8th and is now backordered WTF?

Mine said back ordered "1" even after ATT charged my debit card today. But upon just checking back ordered now says "0"

THE DATE ON THE ATT.COM SITE DOES NOT MATTER!!!

For example, mine shows 10/10/2011, and I just moved off of backorder in the last hour. My original order date, which is on the Premier website, is 10/7.

No email, still backordered and probably screwed by ATT.

Pretty much the same for me still. Placed order afternoon of the 7th, which Premier shows. ATT.com says the order was placed on the 10th and that shipment status is 'backordered'. Premiere site has 'pre-order' checked off. Bank account still has the pending charge since yesterday. Bleh

I am sure that backordered goes away in the next hour or so (assuming you ordered before the 4:30PM EST cutoff).

Processing stays in the detail, Backordered is gone and the SHIPMENT STATUS: Processing is now in the top right of the page

I am new to ATT so I dont have myOrder access yet but if I search through my wireless number I see a table with Status of In Progress, Backordered of 1 and under tracking says "PEnding Shipment"

AT&T is showing you the date your Premier order was transfered to their normal order system.

You did not loose your place in line.

I have. I've tried my number, my mom's number, my dad's number, my sister's number and my order number all errors.

Then you order has not been migrated to the ATT regular order processing system. I would call premier to see if they can provide details.
 
Finally update from ATT Premier

Good News. Got an e-mail update on order status. I ordered on Friday 8:30AM EDT. So far I was under the same impression that AT&T put Premier orders on back burner. Here is part of e-mail

As a reminder, you will receive an email from the AT&T Premier Team confirming shipment along with the carrier information and tracking number to track your shipment on-line.
