Hello,

I just preordered the 16gb iphone 6 from AT&T's website, but I still haven't received an e-mail confirming it.

I hope I didn't make a mistake going with the 16 gig vs the 64 gig, but I've always had the 16 gig iphones and have never came close to filling that up, so I think I should be okay.
 
Att went really fast even before 3am est time , am just lil concern didn't show my unlimited plan details and had a comment about mobile share ? Will my plan change ? Iphone 6 plus 128gb space grey

I have the same concerns. I'm pretty sure their wording on the page is just generic and confusing.

It says my iPhone 6 128GB space gray will arrive on the 19th. I received the email a couple minutes after ordering at 2:45a CDT.
 
Tried calling the AT&T 800# and it can't find the order either but says it may not have orders placed in the last 8 hours. Hopefully they're just backlogged and I'll wake up to 2 emails from AT&T. Not holding my breath. :(
 
Got my wife's ordered through ATT after just a few tries. Finished up at 3:15 CT. Pending charge on my card, no email yet.

A little concerned that they may be taking unlimited away even though I didn't do a Next upgrade. Got odd message about incompatible data plan. We shall see but like another poster said, just wanted to get the phone ordered tonight.
 
No - you can use the AT&T next program. I imagine you can change once you get the phones if you decide to.



My simple math shows that the 2-year plan ends up costing $680 more after the 2 years are up.



The only reason I even noticed is because I was trying to figure out the same thing myself...ended up purchasing through next as I end up saving over $300 after it is all said and done.


You're right, it's $600 over two years.

If I pay retail now I would pay $750x2 and $650x2. That would be $2800 plus tax.

If I but under contract I pay $1000 plus tax.


So I save $1800 now but lose $2400 over 24 months.

Still have the issue of coming up with an extra $1800 now though. Wish I had it.
 
AT&T is totally screwed up. I received two different confirmation emails for the same number with different Order Numbers, delivery estimates, etc. So, apparently, AT&T thinks I ordered two iPhones for the same line. :p They're more than welcome to send me two as long as they don't charge me for the second one. hehe

Is anyone else going through this? I receive two different confirmation emails for the same number with different order numbers, but for the same number? I would like to know if anyone who pre-ordered through ATT is experience this headache?
 
I'm confused about the order status from ATT. I ordered two phones last night (One iPhone 6 preorder and one 5c for my mother joining the plan). We both received confirmation emails and my mother has since gotten an email saying her order has gone into fulfillment. Despite this, ATT can't find my order when I try to check the status through the account holder's login. Is this normal? It has been well over 8 hours since I ordered! I have the same issue if I try to call the automated line to check the order status.
 
Yeah, ATT is all fubared here. After Apple would not come up,. I eventually got through and ordered a 6/64 grey from ATT about 3:20 am or so.

around 5:00 AM I got a confirm email saying 9/19 but could not check order status. Later in the morning, I got a fraud alert from AMEX for the charge. I cleared it with them and the called ATT and the drone told me my ship date was showing 9/23-10/2. He said lots of people were getting reworked shipping dates. I asked if it was due to the snafu with credit card and he knew nothing.

An hour after that, I got an email from ATT about the issue, it said get back to us within 7 days or order will be cancelled. By then I was able to actually track the order and it shows the delayed date but is in preparing to ship status, so I think its cleared up and ATT's sucky email system is just behind.

On a whim I just checked Apple and the phone I want is still showing 9/19 but of course I can't buy due to the upgrade being messed up by this order. I wonder if I cancel the ATT order will that free up my upgrade or screw it up more. I am guessing screw it up more.
