AT&T Preorder up

Mine gave me a warning that my data plan may change, and on the checkout page showed "data unlimited for 4G LTE" or something like that and showed that it was $30 dollars. It acted as if it were adding it to my plan even though that already is my data plan. IIRC it did the same thing 2 years ago on the iPhone 5. Interesting it didn't do the same for you
I also pre-ordered through AT&T since the Apple Store was down (both Web and App.) I got the vague order confirmation and ID. I haven't received the e-mail yet. I hope the order did go through. I can't check the order status because it doesn't show anything if it was ordered less than 24 hours.

Same here. Kinda nerve-racking.
I spoke with a rep before pre-ordering and she told me that it would be no problem changing the shipping address. That it would be a one time thing and to not worry about it. Hopefully she was right.
When I went to the actual desktop site it did show my unlimited data plan so I think I am good. Although it doesn't look like I actually ordered. A $1 hold was placed on my account. I should have just waited for the Apple site.

i ordered one phone...back in ordering another... but question... i'm upgrading lines that don't have data associated with them right now..i have to add data plan..but only able to add mobile share..... will that affect my entire data plan across my 2 lines that have unlimited data??

When you search can you see the orders? Both of mine have confirmation numbers but no orders pop up. Ugh
Ordered a iPhone 6 64GB at 11:55 PM Cupertino time via AT&T.
Then went to order an iPhone 6+ and saw shipping estimate of 14-21 days.
Said...."Hell no", but pre filled info just in case.
Waited for Apple Store to open and ended up ordering the 6+ through the Apple Store App and they are shipping for delivery on the 19th. So...I'm glad I waited a few minutes.

I meant that I disagree that the app is up. My wife is trying it on the iPad and iPhone and it's not working. Maybe it's just me/us?
Or maybe the app is working (at least for some), but they are showing unavailable because Apple hasn't populated the information, which could be why the website store is still not up??

I went ahead & ordered the 5th phone through AT&T even though I'll have to call them since you can't have 5 lines on Next plans. Of the 5 orders, I've received confirmation emails on the first 3 & they show up in the Order Satus site. My 4th one shows as Incomplete. The 5th one isn't found.
I placed the order on AT&T at 2:28 AM CDT and have an order number. I see a $1.00 pending charge from AT&T (which I presume is a "hold"), but no confirmation email yet and it doesn't yet show up when checking order status.
Ordered at 2:51 am. Received email. Can find order on my att account online. My cc shows charge already.
