This is all I see regarding cancellations :/ it's absolute crap too because there's no way the phone is already being prepared to ship when it's a week away.

....unless it's being sent to arrive on the 19th? But then why put October!?

As soon as the Apple Store webpages comes back up I could cancel it there. Apple is usually pretty good and prompt with that. I'd rather cancel the AT&T order though.

This is through AT&T, yes? I may have to call Apple right now and cancel that one.
 
AT&T Preorder up

Whew! I was at the final page on AT&T's site around 2:05 and clicked the last button to pay and the site crashed on me. Apple store was down, so I had to wait in line for AT&T's online store, go figure. Order finally goes through at 2:55 and I got a confirmation email at 2:58. HUGE sigh of relief! 4 new lines at AT&T though. No shipment dates, oh well, we'll see about that.

Says that I'll receive it in 14-21 business days though I hope this changes.

Does anyone know why it would say AT&T BusinessDirect | Premier Order Status when I don't have that?
I mean, I logged in to the account through att.com. Is it because my brother uses his FedEX discount? This is getting me kind of nervous...

Yes, that is due to the discount.
 
If you ordered on AT&T and are worried (like I am) what I did was go to the Apple Store App on my iPad, and try to process and got this: "We can't reach the carrier system to process your order, but we have reserved an iPhone for you."

Then after that is says they will send me an email when it is time to order and I will have 24 hours to click on the link they give me to complete my order, and it also said shipping date would be 9/19. This is for the iPhone 6: 64GB Gold.

Try that and see if it works, at least then you have a backup system.

PS: I STILL have not received my confirmation email from AT&T. Anyone else not get theres yet?
 
So I JUST placed an order for a 6 64 gb (1:43 am) and just got to confirm email that it will arrive "on or around 9/19" thought att.com, so looks like they still have some in stock

it looks like this was ordered through att premiere... i hope that still means it still comes on the 19th.

Anyone have experience with Premiere store?
 
Got my confirmation email from AT&T!!! Says it should arrive on 9/19.

I was nervous for the past hour and 45 minutes.

Looks like I am good.

Apple site sucked this time and I was only able to order through ATT.
 
My Premiere email from att says "on or around 19th" when I go to the status page it says Expected Ship Date: Pending Confirmation

ugh. hope it is still 19
 
Why does it say can't find order but my card was charged? I ordered AT&T which was available for 9/19. That's weird it's not there. Oh well, still haven't got an email either.

I can't believe the apple site is still down. My Apple order says that it will deliver the 19th through the Apple Store App but you can only cancel an order through the Apple webpage. AT&T says you can't cancel an order so canceling the App,e order is my only hope now. Ugh. I don't want his hassle. I should have been more patient.

Does apple have a number you can call to cancel an order?
 
Ordered two phones at 12:12 AM PST via AT&T Premier site...

Received confirmation email at 1:49 AM PST: Your Apple iPhone 6 (16GB Space Gray) has been reserved and is expected to arrive on or around 9/19/2014.

Still nothing on my iPhone 6 Plus (64GB Gold), though...

... it looks like the 6 Plus phones are the ones seeing the delayed shipping notices, but the 6 all seem to be set for delivery by release date.

I do recall the past few years where the dates were off, and even much further out dates (like these 14-21 day things) were adjusted and arrived much earlier. Crossing my fingers for the same this year!

I know jomirrivera already confirmed this for me but I want to ask again.
Do you have premier because you have a discount applied through your work or if you have a family plan, the main account holders work?
My brother is the main account holder and he applied his FedEx discount on the account. Just want to make sure Im not getting these premier notices because I messed something up lol.

Good luck man I was on the apple app and very tempted but fought temptations as I already got the order id from att. LOL hope you get it sorted.

I also have the premiere thing. I also have a fedex corporate discount.

Apple is good about that kind of thing so I'm not to worried. I just wasn't as strong as you. Ugh. So stupid.
