I'm getting te Samsung Solstice || tomm. and I was wondering if you get charged for accessing the internet for every page you view, or if you get charged for one time for unlimited pages.

For every kB, or MB you consume you get charged, unless you have a data plan with a data allotment per month.

it's by the amount of data you use (in MB or GB), not by the number of pages you use.
