Thus far this month, I have downloaded 43.6 GB and counting.

Using numbers from bandwidth.com, it takes about 1.5 hr to download 1 GB at 1.5 Mb/s. We're 2.5 days (60 hours) into the month which translates into 40 GB. Doable by these numbers if you have the hammer down 24/7.

Good thing we don't have behavior reports we do with credit.

OP certainly would be singing a different tune and not resorting to childish bush league tactics.

Childish & Bush League = Perhaps

AT&T Canceling My Contract Without ETF = Probably

Letting AT&T Know That They Need To Upgrade Their Network = Absolutely

Retaliatory & Spiteful = Priceless

I got my first warning of throttling this morning. apparently I went over 3 GB, which I have never done before, or ever gotten a warning. I don't seem to be throttled though, as I can still use my phone the same as before. Not sure whats going on. I only have 3 days left in my cycle, so I don't really care, but interesting that my phone still works the same.

Has anyone else noticed that the people at this forum tend to represent the propaganda arm for Ma Bell?

Why? Because we're (mostly) responsible users of a service?

Out of curiosity, after they discover you, terminate your service, and leave you with a locked phone...where are you going to go?

Verizon is throttling too, and Sprint is slow enough that throttling isn't necessary.

i plan to sue att to cover my etf fees for all 5 lines. ive gone wifi-free since feb 28th and some how managed to use almost 1GB already between fb, twitter, safari and some LIGHT pandora usage. so once they start to throttle me i will be filing small claims, if they dont chose to throttle me i will continue service with them.

I plan on keeping my iPhone and using Skype. You too can call the world for roughly 3 cents per minute via WI-FI. All the while, retaining full use of my purchased apps.

And when AT&T cancels me, I'll be sure to thank them for waiving the ETF along with the substantial discount on my iPhone 4S 64GB.

Can't wait to do the same thing with a Sprint Truly Unlimited Plan when the iPhone 5 comes out.

Streaming NetFlix 24/7 via 3G has more than paid for itself !

Can you tell from the number of negative votes that this is a Ma Bell sponsored forum?

Maybe they're just downvoting you, because everything you post sounds somewhat childish?? just thinking out loud.

Or maybe it's AT&T attempting a level of damage control? You sound a bit angry? Why is that?

Verizon is throttling too...

Yep. Unless you have a 4G Android phone. :D

Ahahahahaha. I never bothered to ask my friend & his wife to see if their 4S's feel fast or slow. But I don't think they download & stream much.

I don't think so. I left AT&T for Verizon's 4G service. But Android & the phone itself suck, so I'll just get an iPhone from VZW.
