AT&T took away my grandfathered unlimited plan

Hey guys, in the future when you do upgrades on another line That you will use for yourself, just activate the upgraded iphone and swap sims to your device. Then there is no reason to call ATT or worry about losing unlimited!

That's only applicable if you're switching iPhones, but the cross upgrade I did was from an iPhone to a LG device so I had to swap sim cards.

Hey, I called AT&t on sat to add unlimited back on and they said they opened the case and it should be added back on within 10 days. its been 2 business days and i just checked and unlimited is back on.

I just got a text notification from AT&T that my "case" has been resolved. I checked and my unlimited data is back on, so it took ~1.5 business days.
