I love ATT they were 30 min early this year

I feel like an idiot, I had no clue they had a queue, ended up with 1TB 13 Pro Max Graphite, Oct 4-Oct 11 date, so mad, oh well, not like I'll be here next Friday, I leave next Thursday for California for the 49ers home opener, back on the 28th, so wait a week, but the order status page says shipping between Oct 1-Oct 8, which are Fridays, so if it ships on the 1st, I hope it arrives on the 4th then.

Update: Was able to get the Silver 13 Pro Max 1TB with Sept 27th to Oct 1st delivery dates, I was able to cancel the order, and still be able to upgrade, didn't have to pay anything upfront, attached the picture, just did it to.

I decided to cancel my order, and go with the Silver 1TB Pro Max, with a Sept 27-Oct 1 delivery, let me upgrade and everything, didn't have to call in, very happy now, since I'll be in California anyway on the 27th anyway, so next day I'll have my device waiting for me, hopefully lol.

Edit: Also it really doesn't matter the color of the back for me, I always have a case on my iPhone, not gonna have nothing on a $1600+ iPhone, have a case & screen protector coming, might be here today, ordered from Amazon.

Didn’t do the trade-in because even with the $800 I’d still pay more over 3 years because I would have to upgrade from my current plan. Shipping date shows the 23rd. Yeah, they ship you a box to send the phone to them. It's super easy, but it takes a while to start getting the credit for the trade-in...

I don’t think they allow in-store trade, but I’ve done this every year for years (with two iPhones each time) and I’ve never had an issue. Just keep drop-off receipts, emails, texts, etc related to the trade in.

I wish they allowed you to drop it off in the store but they don’t. You have to mail it in. And they use this horrible company that grabs it from the post office and then it disappears into a black hole for a week. But as long as you have tracking information proving you dropped it off you are covered

ATT is showing $800 in credits instead of $700 for my X. Did they raise the trade-in price since last night?

Yeah, I just checked the trade in values and X, XR, XS have been updated to $800. Great news for me. Hopefully I can order a 13 Pro from walmart with the $800 in bill credits. They have an extra $50 off at time of purchase.

you can do the trade in at a store .It's actually better if you do it in store cause there are lots of people who have problems with mailing them and and att claiming they didn't get the trade etc.

Ya, got it too. It’s just part of AT&T’s ordering process. You’ll notice the
email contains an invoice of your order since the previous email just basically said “We got your order”. The COVID statement is just boilerplate added to any order email during the pandemic. I’m not worried, they’ll be here next Friday.
