With regards to the $1000 trade in credit, here's what doesn't sit well with me (correct me if I'm wrong) -- Trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB which has value (not $1000, but lets say $600). If I stick with AT&T (which I plan on doing), I get $1000. If I leave AT&T, what happens with my $600 that the phone was actually worth? The terms seem to state that if I quit, they get to keep my trade-in while giving me little to nothing for it. Am I understanding this correctly?

If you leave AT&T early, yes, you are leaving whatever value it was "not used" in the trade. So if you leave after the contract expires, you get the full trade-in value.

However, if you leave early and defaulting on the contract, you are paying the penalty - residual trade-in value and whatever the difference in the value of your new phone.

Are they gonna give you the actually tracking number at some point? The ordering number doesn’t show much details about the transportation.

What if you pay off the phone early? Do you still get the monthly credits as long as your line is still active? Thanks

I just received one of mine Sierra Blue notice from FedEx and check on the ATT website said prepared for ship. But other 3 still in process. Still waiting.

I have the FedEx app, and it automatically shows shipments on the way to my house. I also see it’s picked up in Irving, TX today, for future delivery of the 24th.
I have the app also, plus I ordered mine 7:53am EST and still nothing to track 😪

This is excellent! I never thought about trying this, but followed your example, installed the FedEx app, registered for an account, and now have a tracking number showing delivery Friday 9/24/21. It's currently in Irving, TX. Thanks!!

My understanding is in order to continue receiving the bill credits, you have to be on the installment plan. Once you are off the installment plan (paying off your phone), you no longer receive the bill credits.

Sign up for an account with FedEx. It’s free. That’s how I received the tracking number.
Nope, nothing is showing up. Also why is it asking you to sign up for that delivery manager thing or whatever it’s called and then tell you it can’t do it over the phone number?

Has anyone who ordered a 1TB Silver PM had there's shipped yet? I wonder how many 1TB Pro & Pro Max's will be out on launch day.

Delivery manager is how you see upcoming shipments to you. I’m not sure about the phone number thing. I’ve had our FedEx account for 9 yrs and really like having it to track our deliveries.

I've got a shipping label created in my fedex account for my phone, but nothing on ATT yet. It is scheduled for delivery Wednesday but I assume they'll hold it till Friday.
