My Pro Max should be here within a couple hours. However my wife's never shipped. I called AT&T up and they told me that they messed up her upgrade (her phone is paid off) and that I have to cancel and re-order. They couldn't give me a date that it would ship so I bought hers from Best Buy and should be here next week.

Now it just showed up at the local destination facility, New Castle, DE which is about 15 minutes from me. This is where they deliver from.

Now it’s says, “on FedEx vehicle for delivery”

this is weird says 12pm info sent to FedEx yesterday in Indiana, got email at 8:03pm yesterday saying it was shipped, no movement sinc, no emails no nothing/

I am not sure how they processed these preorders because I could see people that ordered before me and others don’t have shipping. I agree they need to get their logistics together because this is not a good image for a billion dollar enterprise. I ordered from business premier last Friday, but didn’t get company approval until around 9PM Central for the order to get processed through AT&T’s system. My 13 Pro Max 256GB Sierra Blue is out for delivery at the moment. I am sorry folks.

You’d think this was ATT and FedEx s first time doing this. Originally said it would be shipped yesterday and arrive today. This morning got an email that it wouldn’t arrive until Monday. First world problems but sucks.

Apple very well may have behind getting the phones to ATT. Nobody knows where the kinks are in the supply/delivery chain as of yet.

I ordered 2-- 13MP from ATT and one says on the truck and the other still says in progress---Not happy if one of the phones does not make it today lol, both said would be delivered today when I ordered them

Seems like silver was the issue. My silver is expected on Monday too but got in right before pre-orders officially started. No more ATT for me. Next year it’ll be Apple.

Does anyone remember the white paint problem on the iPhone 4? Or the 5? Can’t remember the specific model.

Is the UPS issue also on UPS.com, if so, would that be a potential reason why my FedEx iPhone 13PM 1TB Silver was shown at 12PM yesterday in Indiana as FedEx received shipment info, but nothing since, got email at 8:03 PM EST saying your phone shipped, so weird, I'm not home, so I have to do the guessing game, have my Mom & Sister there waiting to see if it arrives, I mean if it comes Monday no biggie as I'll be back home in NY on the 28th(more like early morning the 29th).

Does anyone think I should call FedEx or ATT to see if they know anything, I usually ask for loyalty department with ATT & DIRECTV, as the first wave of reps don't know jack, they just read off a script.

I'm very angry with AT&T. I normally order directly from Apple, but this time I ordered from AT&T to take advantage of their trade-in deal. I placed my order on 9/17 at 8:05am ET (5 minutes after preorders went live).

Since AT&T's website doesn't indicate that my order has shipped, I called them and they were able to provide me the tracking number, HOWEVER my delivery date is Monday! Preordering within 5 minutes and still not getting my new phone on launch day. They need to get their sh*t together.

FedEx website shows a scheduled delivery date of Mon, Sep 27 and the last tracking event states it was picked up today at 8:04am from Irving, TX. (And AT&T's website still says that my order hasn't shipped yet.)

I preordered 20 minutes before the official go live time, still no phone, better yet no updates…order still in progress

Mine was the same way, didn’t make it to local FedEx until 1:30 PM and then at 1:50 PM it said “on FedEx vehicle for delivery”

Mine from Indiana still says today, but no movement, so weird, get notified at 8PM EST last night, the tracking says FedEx notified a little after Noon their time, no movement. Never had this happen with an iPhone preorder, and I've preordered the 7+ & XS Max off ATT, ordered my 6S+ after preorders, came 2 days later, when others who preordered didn't get the same one, so messed up, ATT & Apple need to get a better resolution for this.

Also for me would you recommend calling either ATT or FedEx?

This is mine, no movement since yesterday.

Usually FedEx has items out for delivery early in the morning like 8AM EST-9AM EST, now 3:17 PM EST, guess won't be here till Monday, which is fine, not home anyway.

Ordered my 13 Pro Max 256GB Silver from AT&T 15 minutes after launch, and up until 10am this morning everything was still claiming a Friday 9/24 delivery. That said, stupid AT&T didn‘t generate the shipping label (according to the tracking) until 4:14pm yesterday, and FedEx didn’t get the package in their hands until today, at 1:34pm Indiana time. It was that scan that changed my delivery date to Monday. God I hate AT&T. 👎🏼👎🏼 I’m def ordering from Apple next year.
