it’s beautiful… i’m so anxious to get mine. very disappointed i ordered on day of pre-order and have only gotten to the “we’re preparing to ship” point on my order. not sure if i’ll ever do a pre-order with at&t after this experience. first time pre-ordering too, so not a good first impression.

That’s good!! Some people have ordered at preorder time and still haven’t got shipping info. I ordered on the 18th 128g pro max sierra blue and it now says shipped.
can anyone give me some insight here? should i give up hope on it coming anytime soon? or that there will be any significant changes in my order processing? i can’t understand why my dates are so far behind especially when i pre-ordered. i’m so desperate for my phone lol.

Thanks! Hope you get yours really soon. Watching the tracking like a hawk was stressing me the f out haha. It was looking like it wasnt gonna show up today and my wife was pretty bummed because we already planned for her to come home and we celebrate getting our new phones together. The fedex guy almost handed me just 1 phone. First year I’ve gotten the silver and i switched from a pro max to a regular pro. Love that it doesnt feel like A brick in my hand anymore

Update, phone picked up today in Indiana, will be here(NY) Monday, seriously don't get ATT's issue with shipping, & FedEx having the info, but not picking the phone up till Today.

I’m not sure. My tracking says “weekday delivery”
I don't get it either, you'd think for anyone buying a $1k+ phone, for me, it was $1600 plus $128 tax, they'd deliver on Saturday's, never understood, I know UPS & FedEx don't do weekends, unless it's labeled to, like USPS does Sunday's if labeled, I've had several things from Amazon saying I'd get it on a Sunday with Prime, never bought it, yup they showed up, but like 9AM or 10AM in the morning.
It's weird, cause, when I ordered my 7+, I didn't get till the Tuesday after launch, but FedEx website said Weekend delivery, yet no signature was required, so idk.
Same with mine, yet my 7+ as I said above had Weekend Delivery back in 2016, yet no signature required. So weird.
Just checked via *ORDR# and it told me back order. So wanting it in Silver was my mistake huh
If you type those characters into your phone it will text you a status - mine says backordered but that is the only place that has seen any changes at all as far as the order status pages
I do. I ordered 128g SB pro max on Sat at 1:34p ET. I got shipped email from att this morning.
From my experience, when it says back ordered it’s about to ship.
Was gonna say that, for my XS Max & 7+ it said Backordered, but then shipped a few hours later.
I don’t see how anyone says they can’t see the difference in the ProMotion 120Hz display. It is extremely noticeable and makes all other phones look like they are lagging.
Unfortunately my case was delayed until tomorrow so I am going naked tonight at my local high school football game and am being very careful.

Of course I was the last delivery. So got it at 7pm. Opened the box getting ready. Go to the website to activate before doing anything and BOOM. Website erroring out and suck on phone hell now for activation lol
