I’m down for a $50 credit. What did you say and what time did you preorder/what shipping dates did you receive. I’m writing my script lolExactly! Lol. Hey I got a $50 “courtesy credit“ out of it when I called em on their screwup, but honestly I would’ve rather had my phone on time lol. Call for your credit though!
AT&T and Apple know how the launches go every year. I still don’t understand why the official launch date isn’t on a Thursday to give Friday as a buffer heading into the weekend. It is unacceptable that people who ordered after some of you who haven’t shipped, delayed, and Monday deliveries still don’t have theirs. I would have been upset if mine would have been delayed until Monday but at least it gives something to look forward to after a long work day Monday evening.
I totally agree 100%. Now, I’m hoping for a Monday delivery after a long work day, hopefully I can receive a “shipped” notice and tracking number soon!
They didn't send any tracking info, but it appeared in the FedEx Managed Delivery program. It still doesn't reflect shipped on AT&T's page.
Haha I respect it. Honestly it took a waste of a call to a “normal” rep who didn’t understand they F’d up, so I called back and said “cancel service” on the automated system to get to retention.
That rep said they could give just a $10 credit (what a joke when I have 4 lines and pay about $300 a month wtf?) so I asked for a supervisor who pushed it to $50 saying that’s the most she could do without sending it up for further approval which would likely get denied, because “AT&T didn’t make me stay home from work” to sign for the package. Lmao. Good luck. Get it! Oh and I ordered about 20 mins after pre-orders went up, and it said 9/24 the whole time until today - release day! So annoying lol.
Mine must have missed the truck yesterday morning as it never went out for delivery. Got a tracking update from FedEx that it is out for delivery this morning, so all of those that said they would not deliver on Saturday were mistaken.
Interesting. Probably depends on the local FedEx location on whether or not they will do that. My wife’s arrived at the local Madison, WI FedEx station yesterday around noon so it missed the truck. Still delivery date “pending”.
and it just arrived! At least it was early this morning if it wasn’t going to be yesterday
Silver PM 256. Has been saying 24th Delivery since ordering on the 17th. Just got an email this morning that it won't ship till 29th-30th.

Ordered two phones when AT&T began accepting orders at around 4:45 a.m., 15 minutes before the Apple Store opened - a gray 13 Pro and a silver 13 Max. Got confirmations for both for shipping on the 23rd and delivery on the 24th. The Pro status changed to preparing to ship and finally shipped, while I got nothing about the Max. Delivery day arrived and the Max was still showing that it would ship on Sept. 23 (this is on the 24th) but no mention of shipping or a tracking number. Called and spoke to a friendly but clueless person in the AT&T call center (Mexico?) who assured me the phone shipped and I would receive it on the 24th as promised, and suggested that I didn't receive a separate tracking because they had shipped together in a single package. 4 hours later I received an email that the Max wouldn't ship until Monday. I received the Pro on the afternoon of the 24th as promised. Next time i'll wait for the Apple Store to open.
Maybe the missed deliveries for yesterday will be delivered on weekends. The ones that are scheduled for Monday won’t get it sooner.
Yeah. If they waited until Monday to deliver all of the phones scheduled for Friday they would have way too many packages on Monday.
All the miscommunication associated with this preorder/release is blasphemous…
They are talking about those with scheduled deliveries for Friday, but didn’t receive
Have I read in this thread that people aren’t being able to track some of the phones shipped via UPS?
I got shipping information yesterday from AT&T and it appears to be a UPS tracking number, but when I click it to track it it says it’s not found. I’m just curious. I’d like to know the arrival date so I could make sure to be home.

That could be because while the tracking number and label was created, it hasn’t been picked up yet to show any movement.
