Apparently I was correct. They didn’t scan the departure package so now it’s in Beaumont so yeah, i’ll be getting mine today thankfully. I guess we’ll see y’all on the flipside

OK finally got a resolution. My order got stuck in limbo because the tax was never paid at checkout. I have the email saying the tax on the phone was $104.50 but the ATT system did NOT charge it for some reason. After bouncing around all weekend I finally got a floor supervisor. She said best thing was to go to a retail store and get the phone that way, I explained they would not reveal stock over the phone so I was not going to waste more time running to stores. She agreed and offered to do the legwork. She did but found no phones available. She did say there was a 13 Pro 256GB in Sierra Blue I could have tomorrow if I wanted. Yes, send me that please IDC about the color at this point.
For my troubles, a $100 bill credit, waived all upgrade fees and I should have the phone tomorrow via overnight FedEx. The thing that made my situation more difficult is I have a business account which is closed over the weekend. So all my calls were useless until this morning. Anyway, that's my story.
OK so 12:27 PM central time my package was delivered at the house for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Family member at the house picked it up off the porch for me and mentioned that the box was in bad shape and falling apart. I did FaceTime video to see the condition there of and it looks like the box had gotten somewhat wet and was beginning to deteriorate somewhat. However the iPhone itself was OK. I think the iPhone box had a crashed rough right hand corner slightly so I don’t know what FedEx was doing. I had a note on the door for them to ring the doorbell but they didn’t even do that. I guess I’ll know when I get home if the iPhone itself is in good condition. I thought about photographing the box and sending an email via complaint but I doubt that will do anything. Anyway, I will let y’all know later. Congrats on the rest of y’all that are getting iPhones today.
That's gotta be frustrating. Sorry that happened.FedEx never disappoints with how terrible their services are. Package says delayed because I wasn't available. They did no leave any slip or note I just saw it on the app. Also I was home and waiting. FedEx can't read the note on my callbox to call the office to be let in the building for deliveries. Every single company that delivers here has no issues figuring this out. But FedEx everytime I have to wait for it to go back to the facility and pick it up myself. How and why to companies still ship through FedEx. This has always been my experience with them for many years and in different states too. Terrible.

However, According to the att app my order is still “in progress”. I opened my ups app and I see a delivery scheduled for tomorrow from IDC - IPHONE - DF - B2B and the total weight is 1.10 lbs. Can anyone confirm whether this appears to be my 13PM 1TB…did anyone have similar shipping details through ups or FedEx?
