I ordered mine on 9/17 at 530pm CST. Called Best Buy and still no joy. Evidently, the iPhone 13 Pro series are in more demand than anticipated.

That is true due to the specs being the same outside of the 120hz motion.
 
Someone at AT&T must be playing a prank on me because the customer service can't possibly be this bad. Ordered 3 phones through Premiere (the business portal) on pre-order day. All 3 went through and said ship date of 9/23. 9/23 came and went and nothing shipped. Mind you order status STILL shows 9/23 today, which is 5 days later. Online chat completely useless and tells me it's not 9/23 but 9/23-9/27 (not what the website shows) but guess what nothing shipped on 9/27. A call into "customer service" and the person said "sir I see your phone is ready to be picked up in store"... Oh really, on an order that clearly is being shipped, if so what store? "Oh THE STORE" she says. How many freaking stores are in the US she wants me to go to all of them?

Today's call: the automatic system transfers me to first net, I'm business not first net. I think the WFH lady is drunk, she's slurring her words. She says I'll transfer you back to premiere and puts me on hold. Then she CALLS my cell (I called in from my desk phone) and asks if this is AT&T premiere? I'm like lady you put ME on hold then called ME did you really think premiere's number was a 917 NYC area code random phone number?

Now I'm trying to tweet @ them.

Take this however you will like, but if you read through the thread, you will see plenty of people have received their tracking number or received their phones while their order has read “in progress.” Now on to my situation…I preordered on the 17th at 7:40am et. My phone shipped out last night according to the ups app and my phone is out for delivery as I type this post. However, my order status on att still reads “in progress” “we are preparing to ship your order.” The only changed I’ve noticed since my phone has shipped, there is no longer an option to cancel the preorder via the att app under the order status. You can try calling att to see if there is a tracking number available and/or check the ups/fed ex app. Also, if you are signed up for fed delivery manager, check your advanced shipping option. Hopefully this helps.

I ordered two phones, both of them Pro Max. One was 128gb SB which is still saying in process and the other was 256gb Graphite which shipped on 9/24 and was delivered yesterday. I'm on the east coast, in FL. I don't know if it's worth noting but for 128 I chose the option for the taxes to be billed on my next billing cycle, and the other phone was paid with a credit card. Edit: my dates for both orders are the same: 9/28 - 10/5.

Ordered a 13 Pro Graphite 128GB on the 18th at 6:32 pm CT and haven't seen any movement

Also, I forgot to add, at the time of preorder the expected delivery on the order screen read “Sept. 27th-Oct. 4th.” However, the ship date on my order progress read “Sept. 24th-Oct. 1.”

This was the only number that was able to help me. Still don't have my phone which was supposed to be shipped yesterday that was originally supposed to be here on the 24th. ATT sucks rhino dung.

On last Friday, I contacted AT&T to inquire about my order status. The rep guaranteed my device would be delivered by Monday the 27th. That was not the case, my order is set to be delivered later today. I contacted AT&T earlier today due to the inconvenience of the “false guarantee” by the rep. AT&T issued a bill credit in the amount of $30. There are individuals on this form who contacted AT&T related to their order and received $50 dollars and one individual received $100. Just a FYI.
 
Mine has been in Indianapolis for the longest now 😪 I wonder if they’re flying it to Florida or by ground
Mine too and I don't understand why... been on the phone with FedEx and AT&T all day and nobody can give me a straight answer. So frustrating!

This situation will definitely qualify for AT&T bill credits.
 
Mine too. I've tracked the flights, and my phone will be leaving at like midnight the earliest, but possibly as late as 4am ET, don't worry, you'll get it!!

I am the individual who got the $100 credit plus the waived upgrade fee. My phone was supposed to be here 9/24 ordered 9am 9/17... my order got tossed into some void and had to be cancelled etc etc etc.

I still have not received the device. I chronicle the whole ordeal in this very thread. 2nd order was supposed to be here today - my status says "ships 9/29 - 10/1... so who knows at this point? I will surely update when (and if) I get the phone.
