i had done it through Apple but they needed some confirmation stuff so I'm not gonna bother through them and let my order fall through. I was successfully able to get it through AT&T, (

Does anyone know why I'm being charged 60 dollars for the voice plan, and the regular 30 dollars for the unlimited data plan, totaling 90 dollars, when I only pay 50 dollars give or take a couple of cents, a month on my brother's family plan? Do I have to wait and get it at the AT&T store?

yeah, it's an issue with the premier site.. you won't be able to pre-order until premier comes back up because it can't verify your eligibility status...

It almost makes you want pay the ETF with ATT and switch to Verizon or Sprint, their sites seem to be up and taking orders fine.

Every iPhone release ATT is down.

was not able to order through apple but got order confirmation number screen through att about 10 mins ago. hopefully all goes through okay

I hope att is just not taking all orders that come in and then ship them out when there are more to send out... why cant they just put out a certain amount of pre-orders and then stop people from pre-ordering...

i hate when companys let this happen.
