Anyone receiving att due day message about due date change ?

My last bill was on 9th due last month and this month due date July 1th, 8 days cheating

That not right -

they cant do that -
i remember before they change me 1 times already and now again - if they keep changing each months then we paid for them 13 months calendar not 12 months

crap -

nah - they are looking customer issue charging for nonsense most of the time

before my due date was on 15th
they change to 9th
after while then move to 1st

half month earlier without using full cycle

that is cheating business-

Yeah no it isn't. Read your bill more closely. They're probably prorating it, when they change the due date.

I've been with AT&T for almost 20 years now. My due date has always been the 21st of the month. Hasn't changed ever.

Seems like you need to contact AT&T and figure out what they are doing and why and get them to stop if something is actually happening.

Unfortunately no one aside from AT&T can really tell you what might be happening, and certainly won't be able to do much about it.

We're just playing with you bud. I know speaking another language fluently is not easy.
Maybe have someone that speaks english well call AT&T for you and have the problem straightened out for you.

On your monthly bill there should be a link to www.att.com/newpaydate that explains what they are doing. The short story if you don't want to read it is that they are standardizing their billing system and as a part of that they are changing the day your bill is due on. They are only changing the day you pay your bill - not the period you are billed for so there is no impact on the amount you pay nor the amount of service provided for that amount.

i like att their provider is good - but they are tops for solve issue - "

Did you update your features or change your plan?
They don't just change your date for no reason

I had the same thing happen. The pulled the bill due date in a couple days. Doesn't look like the billing cycle itself has changed. No, I've made no changes to my account at all for several months.

My notification via text reads:
AT&T Free Msg: Starting June 2015 your wireless bill will reflect an earlier payment due date. Visit http://att.com/newpaydate for additional information.
