ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

Ordered 9/15 ~2pm. Off of backorder, no shipping info. HOPING it comes tomorrow, havent had a phone for 2.5 weeks. 9041 order #.

Ordered in AT&T store the 14th @ 2:45pm PST

Just went off BO this morning. Got Tracking number this afternoon. Coming from Texas UPS 2nd Day. I assume this means I should have it Tuesday, as the weekend doesn't count, right?
 
It's been more than 24 hours since being off backordered and no shipping info. :| SHIP ALREADY!!!
 
9/15 10ish emailed confirmed 9/15 B88959.... 32gb Black, came of back-order in the last few hours... I now just need that, oh so special "Shipping" signal ...

I called 611 right now and it said I have recently ordered a upgraded phone and I could activate it blah blah blah, I know it is accurate beacause I activated my aunts phone using this method and It was correct when It said I had it, ANYWAY! Can the people that are still on backorder call and check if it says that? All you have to do is call 611 and press 1 to verify you are calling about that number and then it should say the thing.

Please! It'll be of much help!

They do! Thats what the rep told me. She said, AT&T is working 24x7 to make sure the customers receive their orders. But the issue is with the shipment.
a) Their warehouse doesnt have any shipments. They are sending them out as and when they receive it (which is like almost every other day)
b) Even when AT&T personnel has cleared your order, (most) courier/carriers dont work on Sunday. So the weekend brings a little more delay.

But on the bright side, weekend allows AT&T to stock up their warehouse so that they can send bulk of shipment on Monday.

Stay hopeful fellow warriors, victory will be ours!!

9/28 came off back order sometime today after lunch

it's been a long wait impatient wait
 
I just got a bill for a wireless plan I shouldn't have until the phone is activated... Great times. Worse part is they can't cancel out the charges cause they changed my husband's plan on the day we pre ordered... so stupid.

Ordered a 64GB black via Premier upgrade on the 20th, got email today that it's on it's way.

Congrats! Another example of first come first served did not occur. I ordered on 09/14 but processed 09/16. I wish mine would ship. I keep calling customer service but get the party line, ships on 10/04 to 10/15.
