hey guys i ordered a 32g white from an att store on 10/8 but i was checking the order status on the wrong website (the one they sent you via email) so i checked at this website https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/
and it doesnt show that its back ordered it was the first time i checked on that website so do you think ill expect it soon or does it randomly go on back ordered??

So this will be a final post. I figured, if anything, it will be a good point of references. 16gb WHT iPhone. Placed online through AT&T Premier.
9/20 (11AM PST)- Order placed and processed same day.
10/15 (2PM PST)- Item comes off of Backorder
10/15 (10PM PST) - Tracking info appears on Order Status page.
10/16 (7AM PST) - Email notification of tracking information. Item is scheduled to arrive via FEDEX Overnight on 10/17 before 3PM.
Best of luck to everyone. I know it's been excruciating. For those who are waiting on 20-22nd orders, I'd recommend to hold on and keep checking. I've managed to get some credit put into my account for the inconvenience. Call a CSR and ask to speak to Resolutions team or Customer Care.
Explain how long you've been a customer. How 14-21 business days is misleading because its in multiples of 7, not 5. Let them know how much this order has inconvenienced you. Ask for your upgrade fees waived. Anything. Be assertive.

I ordered 10/01/12. Hopefully we will see our orders move this coming Monday. My shipping window is 10/19-10/30.

Why would we 10/1 orderers get shipped soon when some 9/20 orderers are still waiting? Don't get me wrong, I want mine to ship badly, but I just assume any of us who ordered in early October still have a week or two to wait.
32GB black on 10/1. I expect I will be waiting another week at least, but probably more like 2-3.

I too am wondering how people know what time their order was processed. I ordered 10/01/12 and I have only received one email about the order which was a confirmation email that was sent about an hour later that same day. I ordered at an AT&T store.
