I have AT&T and love their network as well as their premier customer service. I have LTE in every area that I travel in now. I receive a 24% discount each month and they have still allowed me to keep my unlimited data plan with no stings attached.

At the time I purchased my iPhone 3GS, AT&T was the only option. But, I have been happy with their coverage and customer service, so I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Also, being grandfathered in to unlimited data doesn't hurt either. :)

I'm chose Verizon for my iPhone 5 because they're the only national carrier with service in my area. I live in a very small town but they even have LTE here. I left a local carrier that gave me 2G speeds and it was torture. Verizon's coverage map said there was 3G here but I was delighted to see that I had very good LTE service when I started up my phone for the first time. Lots of rural coverage with fast speeds, only thing I have to complain about is the price but there's not much of a choice where I'm at.

I've had T-Mobile as my carrier for almost nine years because their inexpensive, provide decent coverage (for me) and have good customer service.
