My patch is being tested by a 09 mac user. If it works, I just made a fix for this issue![]()
I can tell that it's a one button click (I already made complete GUI) and has Reset button that should be used before applying OS update.
I will explain it if it works. I don't own a 09 myself.
Working for Apple lol, who knows. Right now I'm trying to finish high scool (I'm 18)

I am pretty sure the fix is working but there are some issues with it.
I have confidence in resolving them tho! But it takes a crapload of time since I dont own the computer myself.
could someone willing to test plz add my msn @

Hi Smacman,I have been threatened by Apple Customer Service, and told that my Applecare agreement will be terminated with immediate effect if I share details of my case with the media
response from my beta tester:
In Idle: Temps @ 33 C 29 C NorthBridge 50 C - Power Supply 1 109.25 Watts sometimes Up to 130 Watts then back to 109.25 Watts .
Play Itunes: Temps @ 39 C 31 C NorthBridge 55 C - Power Supply 1 109.25 Watts sometimes Up to 130 Watts then back to 109.25 Watts .
To me it sounds like it's working.
he will return tomorrow with more tests.

Yes, that's a concern, especially considering this affects only one type of machine. But along with everyone else here I do appreciate your efforts and will line up for your fix if 10.6.3 shows that Apple will be deaf on this.
Thanks for the time you've put into this.
I am wondering about one thing though. Why the mystery explaining what you're doing? Are you going to charge for the fix?
basically the route I am trying to take is to disable the power management driver
versions.
