Could someone take out the os x logo and the apps so it's just the finder and its reflection. Thank you!

Nocturne basically inverts the menubar, however when you put an app in full screen mode the menubar will disappear but nocturne will continue to invert the colours of the top pixels this might result in a white bar when you're watching a movie .. You'll just have to cope with it.
For the Calendar I used an app called 'Dateline' I think I got it from the app store for less then 1!

at first i thought you were such a noob, and that that could never be done lol, but then i was like...oh
anyways, best i can get you...the original you posted wasn't a true reflection not sure how the squares line up at edges unless he did it himself, i also flipped the reflection to match the original way it was facing
