Where'd you get that menubar?

It doesn't look like Nocturne or Obsidian. It looks like maxTheme's Aqua Extreme that I had on SL and have been waiting for for Lion.

I have a theming related query. Does using a dock/menubar theme consume resources (CPU/RAM/Whatever) like skinning Windows does?

Most of the themes I have come across simply replace system files, and keep a backup of the default. They don't generally require more resources.

And- I now think that LouisLivesLife's menubar is actually Nocturne.

Hi, This is my first time posting desktop screens. hope you like' em. the first one is for august and the rest are some of my previous collections.

Actually it is the App Nocturne that I use, the reason for the blueish tint in some Icons is because I can Adjust the colour in the app 'SMCFancontrol' And because i wad running low on battery :)

Hope that helped.

That is a gorgeous desktop. I'm currently trying to copy it for my own right now, if I get stuck, I'm coming to you for help.

Alright, no matter what I do, Nocturne makes the menubar get stuck halway between up and down in fullscreen apps :(, and I can't get my calendar to look anything like yours. helps!

Ok , let me help you here :)
Nocturne basically inverts the menubar, however when you put an app in full screen mode the menubar will disappear but nocturne will continue to invert the colours of the top pixels this might result in a white bar when you're watching a movie .. You'll just have to cope with it.
For the Calendar I used an app called 'Dateline' I think I got it from the app store for less then 1€!

If you got more questions, please ask!
And thank you:)
