Doable. Will need to put in some extra steps though! 
Mine is burning at least 480 calories per day 14 times.
This month mine is close the move ring three times. Frankly that isn't much of a challenge. I wish it would offer me a choice of three of four different challenges.
Same here. 200% move ring 4 times this month.

My goal is to achieve my daily training goal which is 30 min, and do that 11 times.
Today I achieved 73 minutes😁

I closed my move ring only 13 times last month (normal month is close to 100% of the days) and my August goal is … to close move ring again 13 times.

This month's goal: Exercise for 1 hr 45 min/day minimum for 14 days.
Take some long walks as I'm trying to hit 10K steps daily, whenever possible, so it's doable.

Not sure I’ve gotten one like this before. Seems easy enough, though true rest days and days off for chronic pain/sickness could easily spoil it.
