Let’s see… 135 minutes, 14 times.

Wait… only one time completed? I know I did three hours of cycling on Saturday and two hours of cycling on Sunday.

Oh, darn it. My daily total on Sunday was literally 1 minute under (134 minutes), lol. 😂

Well, now that I know what my August Challenge is, I won’t mistakenly stop 1 minute before my goal.

That’s so easy! Didn’t you had a perfect month last month or did you pause your rings?

I am partway through the 200% Move goals on mines. I already rocked through Apple Fitness+ Strength Training workout last Friday and will do it again tomorrow morning for 70 minutes worth of strength, Marimba’s Pilates, and Jonelle’s Yoga Class before the errands and Olympics. Now I’m going to try the Dance workouts in Fitness+ next week as well.

I don’t know what your ‘Move’ goal is, but if it’s already set reasonably-high, doubling it could be quite the challenge. My Move goal used to be set to 1080 (the default number that Apple Watch gave me out of the box and I didn’t change it until months later). 2x was a good challenge for me. Although 3x was quite a pain. And 4x… ugh, lol.

(You likely already know this, but):

The challenges are based on your past data. Generally speaking, the more you exercise now, the more difficult your future challenges will become.

Go all out in August and watch your September Challenge jump-up in difficulty.

Well so far in August I’ve burned just shy of 12,000 calories. I’m a huge cyclist so I burn a lot.
