I donāt know what your āMoveā goal is, but if itās already set reasonably-high, doubling it could be quite the challenge. My Move goal used to be set to 1080 (the default number that Apple Watch gave me out of the box and I didnāt change it until months later). 2x was a good challenge for me. Well so far in August Iāve burned just shy of 12,000 calories. The challenges are based on your past data. Generally speaking, the more you exercise now, the more difficult your future challenges will become.
Go all out in August and watch your September Challenge jump-up in difficulty.
