Ok, I’m not gonna lie, this is going to be a tough one for me. I only exceeded that 1,058 calories on 14 days last month. But like I’ve said before, I WANT to be pushed.
August is normally a rainy month up here which could limit my outdoor exercise opportunities which I would normally rely on to achieve this goal. I recently moved and need to get my elliptical/recumbent cycle set up in my garage so I can use that if needed. I’ve also been looking into adding jumping rope to my exercise regimen. Good thing today is Saturday so I have extra time for both of those.
Let the push begin!!
