New day, new month everybody! July didn’t seem to be too bad for a lot of us, but now it’s on to August. Post your monthly Activity challenge goal here and let us know how you’re doing as the month goes along. Good luck everyone!

I have to burn 28,200 active calories...

Considering the current pace (In July I had to run/walk at least 304km, which I did), it shouldn’t be a problem... but living in the UAE and being August (45C as average peak temperature), yes it is!

Completed July’s on the last day, yesterday.

This month, close the move ring 20 times.

Here is mine: Walk or run 195,5 KM's (average of 6,3 KM's a day). I've already done 1,2 KM's, so that's why it's down to an average of 6,2 KM's a day. I've seen worse, so I should be able to manage that:

July was easy though, had to close all 3 activity rings, 31 times.

Mine seems simple enough again, close all 3 rings 13 times.
Got my first watch in mid June though so I guess it’s saving the crazy stuff that you guys have until it knows my routine a little better.

Hmm, definitely not an easy peasy “gimme” challenge, but I think I can do it. Although, living in Florida, the weather might be more of a challenge.

Just completed the July challenge in time!

For August, ”Burn 23 900 kcal this month, thats about 771 calories a day”. Should be easy, unless this cold I’m starting to feel decides to break out.

Yikes. You should prioritise that cold over a watch challenge, especially during times like this. ;)

Good luck on your challenge tho! Hopefully that cold goes away.

Ok, I’m not gonna lie, this is going to be a tough one for me. I only exceeded that 1,058 calories on 14 days last month. But like I’ve said before, I WANT to be pushed.

August is normally a rainy month up here which could limit my outdoor exercise opportunities which I would normally rely on to achieve this goal. I recently moved and need to get my elliptical/recumbent cycle set up in my garage so I can use that if needed. I’ve also been looking into adding jumping rope to my exercise regimen. Good thing today is Saturday so I have extra time for both of those.

Let the push begin!!

Mine's almost a repeat of last August, but instead of 1700 exercise minutes, it's 2290 or 74 minutes a day.

Burn 32000 kcal this month. Basically no problem. But I am starting the month off with a cold. I will have to make up for that later in the month. Good luck to all!

at least yours is easier than mine. Try 40,100 calories for the month!
