That’s some serious commitment!Done! I thought my August Challenge was lost but yesterday I managed to gave it a try and do impossible, burnt over 3000 calories during 3 workouts. At the end of the day I couldn’t feel my legs.
Just completed the July challenge in time!
For August, ”Burn 23 900 kcal this month, thats about 771 calories a day”. Should be easy, unless this cold I’m starting to feel decides to break out.
