hey what program is that shows your itunes selection up in the top menu bar? and also guys im having alot of trouble with keeping the mini player up on whiel itunes is down? I remeber seeing a thing that if you have an album playing and the song changes the artwork and info for song pops up then fades away after a few seconds and does this everytime the song changes? anyone know what im talking about?

It's a theme, which one I don't know.

If someone could make a similar theme, but with parallel it to Mac OS X native theme with simply the transparencies I think it'd be pretty sharp.

I just used Shapeshifter to theme it.
I used a theme posted in the forums in MacThemes.net and modified some elements. It's a bit buggy though and not all the transparencies look right.
