Australian Watch Pre-Order Thread

Still no update on either of my watches, from Sydney. I'm hoping some time today but I can see us getting an update on Thursday midnight saying its on its way with 7am delivery Friday haha
 
42mm Space Grey Aluminium

I've got two sports on order (42mm Space Grey Aluminium and 38mm Silver Aluminium Case with Pink), ordered at 5:02pm, both in Shipment 1, no charge to card and still on order processing.

Located in Brisbane

I agree - hopefully it calms down by Friday.

I hope to see something soon. 42mm Sport w/ White Band - seeing all these status changes in other countries and nothing here is frustrating.

All flights in and out of Sydney have just been cancelled for today. Not sure what that means for Apple Watch deliveries.
 
5.08pm order in 24/4-8/5 (Brisbane)

I ordered a 42MM SS Milanese, got confirmation at 5.08pm for the first wave of deliveries.
I had $1 transaction on the 16th and that disappeared, another $1 on the 21st.

My order is still "processing".

The dates moved for the SS variants within the first minute or so - I ended up ordering a black strap SS and then ordering the SS strap separately so I could get the watch earlier.

On a separate note - No movement for me, still processing.
 
Guys I really really hope we see something today. Would just put my mind at ease. But I'm sure there must be a reason no one in Aus has been changed yet. I'm sure the watches are already here or something.

Fairly sure that they're in Sydney. Someone over on another forum only had their charger ship last night and it's already with driver for delivery last night. All from Sydney.

If this is the case, I wouldn't expect movement until tomorrow night.
 
everyone in Aus is in the same boat.

I called Apple yesterday and he said they couldn't charge us until the emails was ready to go that your product is being shipped.

I suspect the charging rules might be a bit different in Aus.

We'll see nothing until tomorrow afternoon, at which point it will all go bang, and we'll see our watches on Friday. IF you live in a metro area that is.

I'm pretty damn confident on this.

oh, except everyone in Sydney. Because of the storms they are sending all your watches to Melbourne. Sorry :D
 
Still no movement on the Watch order front.

Though I did just check where the charger was and lone behold, it hasn't left Sydney yet with a delivery day of 22/04.

I live in Brisbane.

I'll report back if anything changes.
