AutoCad install problems

When I try to install autocad 2012
A messege appears that Iam already have autocad copy although i had removed autocad trial completly any help ?

Did you uninstall the Trial or just Delete it?

its there, I can see it, but it does not work

Do you want to install another AutoCAD trial copy? You can't .Only full version in this machine.
