Automatic Acoustic Management for Snow Leopard?

I was wondering if you could set the noise level on the hard drive on Snow Leopard.

I couldn't find a way to do it in OS X but there is a windows utility that can do it. If you have Boot Camp then log in and download HDDScan (http://hddscan.com/) this can enable and set the Acoustic Management. Worked for me!
