I'm not sure if this feature was introduced in El Capitan or earlier but it's certainly been bugging me for a while. When grabbing a window on the top of its frame, if the mouse arrow drifts over the top menu bar, then the window resizes, not going full screen, but enlarging to the edges. To some, this might be useful, to me, this drives me crazy.
Please tell me that there is a way to turn this feature off?
