My Apple Watch shows that it departed Suzhou, CN at 11:55 am on 9/16 east coast time, 11:55 pm on 916 their time. But it didn't arrive anywhere! Anybody else in the same... boat?

Mine is in the same plane load. I figure it landed in AK and now won't show anything till Monday morning.

Yeah, mine too, but Shanghai is a very short distance from Suzhou. It's stuck in Shanghai now. Slowly moving...
