I was in the hot tub maybe five minutes when I noticed I forgot to take off my watch. I took it off. No harm done. But it made me wonder if others are wearing their Apple Watch 42mm SS with black band in the hot tub on a regular basis? I understand the waterproof classification of the watch. I am just wondering what real life experiences are like for those who leave the watch on while in the hot tub.

Thanks in advance.

Damn. Was going to answer, but I have the red band.

Kidding. I have seen posts from people who swim with watch on, but no hot tubbers.

Thanks for your reply Greytmom. I am hoping there may be others who have experience with their watch in a hot tub. I would like to wear mine in the tub but i am fearful of the consequences.

Yeah, I don't think 100 degree F water is hot enough to make much difference. I bought Apple Care+, and I don't worry about it. I plan on wearing mine in all conditions (I'm not a scuba diver.)
