Spaces - I hide my apps if I don't use them
Frontrow - lack of airtunes support (why apple why?)
Automator - tried it several times with no luck...
Photobooth - nice toy but not more

Wow I thought I was normal, but reading through this thread I guess I'm crazy!

Spaces - How can you live without this? I constantly use 4 spaces. iTunes gets its own space, Mail gets its own space and Safari gets its own space. I have iChat set to appear in all spaces. That way I can simply ctrl+left or right or down or up arrow to hop to a program real quick, change a song or read an email, then hop back to what I was doing. If you ever use virtual machines than spaces is neccasary as well. I set XP to its own space in full screen mode then ctrl+left or right arrow to quickly hop back and fourth between OSX and Win. For folks with big displays all this might seem unnecessary, but on my MacBook.. its even more impossible to live without.

iChat - What else is there to use? Its great. I love the fact I can video chat with iChat and AIM users. I troubleshoot my moms macbook all the time thru screen sharing. I have my GoogleTalk, AIM, and Yahoo friends all in one program. Its great.

iSight - See above about video chatting.

That said... Things I dont use but think are cool:

Front Row - I think its great but never use it. Maybe if I purchased the adapter to hook up my macbook to my TV it might be useful.

Dashboard - This one is 50/50. If it wasnt for iStatPro I would call it 100% useless.. but thanks to iStat I find myself checking the Dashboard pretty often.

Let's say you want to change 500 photos into black and white, and instead of doing each one at a time, you do one, and automator does the process for the next 499. But, it is not fully useable, even with the new 'recording' function.

Automator is completely useable - and very useful! I've used it many times, and it allows me to do things not just easier, but in ways I couldn't do otherwise. For instance, I used it to rename several thousand mp3 tags just the way I wanted them and which no mp3 renaming utility would do the way I wanted. If it weren't automator then I literally could not have done what I wanted any other way.

Automator rocks.

The voices for text have improved and I've found myself playing around with it when I don't have time to read very long articles. Even showing to some of my friends whom I've successfully switched.

Same thing: iSight. It is really cool, but I never have anyone that can video me back.

Coverflow, it's really cool too, although I know my stuff pretty good, and I find it's quicker to just go to the file than to flip to it.

iCal and Address book. I know I should be using it, but I find that I never have. Maybe when I get an iPhone it will come in handy.

Stephen Hawking impressions ftw!
