I got mine. I REALLY love it. The material feels fantastic, and it's very fast. The bad news is that it doesn't work (for me) with ANY of my other bands. I had about 10 Apple bands ranging from Sport to Leather and none of them look good with the ceramic at all. Again, this is just my opinion.

The 2 bands that I have that work with it are the Cloud band it shipped with and the white Sport Band (I've been wearing the white Sport band on it since I got it, it looks perfect)

I gave all of my other bands to my brother for his SS watch a few minutes ago. Yeah - that's how much they just do not work with this watch.

I'm betting that when my wife realizes this (she has a lot of nice bands too) she'll return her Edition and get a Double Tour Hermes model. As for me, I was just "over" the different bands, and wanted to really pair it down. Looks like the ceramic with white sport is where I live now - and I couldn't be happier with it!

I think the Space Black Link Bracelet looks pretty good with it

I expect they will add some bands with ceramic hinges and buckles at some point. The Hermes might look good if it had matching hinges. However, steel and ceramic would clash.

I agree - I expect them to release more Edition specific bands too.

Glad to finally see more ceramic threads! Waiting in line to buy one at Ginza right now...

There were a lot of people in here saying that SS looks good with Ceramic. I will have to see when I get mine.

I want one so bad it hurts but I have to have a link bracelet that matches or at least looks good. I have been longing for the link bracelet longer than the 2nd gen watch. I want it! And now is my time! I ordered a black SS with link and can't wait but the price was on par with the ceramic haha. I think I would without a doubt take the ceramic if it came with a ceramic link or a Black SS link. I think either would look amazing. I can't wait to see some new owners post the ceramic with their black SS link on it, I may return my SS case and pay the extra for ceramic if I see it in time! gratz on your awesome purchase!

This is a good third party one!

That's what Space Black/Grey owners having been expecting for over a year. So far it's just link bracelet, Milanese loop, one sport band, and one nylon band. Unfortunately, it's been nothing but stainless steel lugs.

Yeah, I had the black stainless steel first gen. I had to buy a bunch of third party black hinges to swap out the silver hinges.

I didn't get a chance to take pics while I was trying my band on the ceramic, but thanks for posting. I am so torn on if I should go ceramic and just pay for the darn link. Total will only be another like.....$400. Wish they gave student or military discount on either of the products.

Seriously, that Ceramic looks hot. Curious, what made you choose the Ceramic versus the Stainless Steel?

I posted an unboxing video of my iPhone 7+ and Apple Watch Ceramic Edition today. I'll take more photos of it with different watch band combinations tomorrow when I have time. It was a pleasant surprise to find out the ceramic edition comes with the charging dock! :)

I love trying new things, and I'm so glad I did. The all white is very very sexy. Though I would have loved an all black ceramic even more. *hint hint Apple hint hint*

Nice! I was tempted, but since I have gotten used to the Hermes watch face decided to go with a Series 2 Hermes ($261 premium for that watch face and Hermes Sport Band notwithstanding). I'd have gone for a ceramic Hermes version if they made one (with ceramic hinges and buckle).
Just FYI on the extra cost... the Hermes comes with an orange sport band and the stainless pin has the Hermes logo so probably that would have been $80 separately. Also the Hermes and Edition come with 2 years of warranty AND 2 years of phone support. Apple care extends the warranty to 3 years. The SS and sport come with 1 year warranty and only 90 DAYS of phone support. You also get the $80 dock with the ceramic edition. The Hermes also come with the exclusive faces. So yes you're paying some premium (not $261) but otherwise you cannot buy the sport band, face, or the better warranty separately. Hermes also gets the nice looking orange box.
