Who said it's a problem?! We're all coffee lovers here...
Speaking of, I think I will go get some coffee later, this damned wintery (ok, as wintery as the bay area in CA will get) weather makes me crave coffee.

What is "wintery" out there? We had a touch of frost this morning. Almost made me switch from iced coffee to hot coffee... but that's always my sign that winter is here, so I try to push it out as far as possible.

Umm.. foggy... lows in the 50's (DON'T LAUGH ). My bad knees getting very achy. I'm a cold weather wimp. I'm sure it doesn't help that I was conceived, born, and raised all here in CA. During the winter, I'll end up wearing 4-5 layers on top and 2 layers of pants... and no, I don't venture into snowy areas.
My diet is SO bad, you name what I shouldn't do and I bet I do it, I dread the day I take a medical and they tell me how little time I've got to live. I tried to get motivated into exercise recently (it hasn't taken yet, my life keeps getting in the way) by getting a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. I was fit at school with a resting heart rate at 16/17years of just 49bpm, my monitor tells me its now around 80-90!
