So it has been about a week since I last heard from Slickwraps about them sending the correct item. I haven't heard from anyone since my last reply in my email. Can you look into this Weston?

I'm still waiting on my order.... I've had confirmation since last Tuesday. My tracking hasn't changed from pre-shipment either. My fiancé and I ordered practically at the same time and she got hers first on Saturday. Guess the wait continues..... :-(

Although I am wondering if USPS is dropping the ball, I ordered from Tech Armor last Monday and as of Thursday it left City of Industry, Ca... Was supposed to deliver Friday, haven't seen it either...

My phone does indeed still fit in the Apple silicone case with the Slickwrap on, although it's now rather hard to get the case off. I'm probably going to end up removing the wrap from my phone because the (admittedly very tiny) little nubs and gaps where the skin comes together kind of annoy me when I feel them. I'm warming up to the skin on my MacBook Air though. It's kind of a cool look and I like the feel of it. I have no intention of using the parts of the skin intended for the keyboard area, though.

Please post pic of your phone with both skin and silicone case on.

Thanks
Sal

Already removed the skin I'm afraid. It just wasn't for me. I also discovered the second time I put it on that the case had caused part of the skin to "bubble up" away from the phone at the bottom. I think it's just a hair too tight with the skin. In terms of appearance, it looked fine. You couldn't see the skin anywhere except at the bottom of the case where it's open. But I feel like if you put the case on and off very much that you'll probably damage the skin.

Well it's almost been a week sitting in pre shipment. First time ordering with slickwraps that this has ever happened

they finally got my order shipped.... as in the post office really has it and it's moving!

now let's see, when it gets here, if my 12:03 a.m. order got one of the $20 giftcards?

I have had this happen both the times with Slickwraps but I think it is probably USPS. I had issues with another vendor that shipped via USPS. The package just sat there with "pre-shipment info received" for about 4-5 days before it actually moved.

It is taking a little longer than I would hope for but I'm sure that you're right about USPS. This is the tracking for another order I made through ebay.

that's what the tracking number says when the company shipping something goes into their system (or USPS' system) and creates a shipping label for something.... but then doesn't actually give the package to the USPS.

granted, the other example with all the tracking shown above is the USPS screwing up... but i've seen this whole "we've shipped your package here is your tracking number" but then it lookes like it sits forever happen before... and that is the company shipping and not the USPS....

That's the way I see it too. That a shipping label was created and the package was never delivered to usps. I feel the label was created and got lost in the holiday confusion and never got fulfilled

If that's the case then Slickwraps is slacking off. Their customer service does take a while to respond.

Disagree, they are usually on top of it and handle everything in a timely manner. Weston is always on it. He'll most likely be answering us all later in the day

I don't disagree but this hasn't been the case with me and few others here.

I've seen lots of help and outreach prior to the Black Friday sale....

but once i tried to actually place the order, there were issues, contacted and was told things that have since been untrue. and the wait for customer service response is making things worse. Waiting a few more days now for a follow-up response.

Thankfully I have yet to put the wrap on. I can easily ship it back if things are not kept true to their word. This has left a bad taste in my mouth with the company.

I'm pretty sure i've seen our guys respond to every twitter message, etc from you.

You should check your email and account you we're refunded the duplicate order and emailed same day.

Edit: Looks like you we're refunded twice Dec 2nd and Dec 6th which was an error.

Edit: I see two separate reps replied to you and in addition replied to you 2 hours before you making this post.
