Inspired by the PS5 controller, but has the stick layout of the Xbox...?
Not without jailbreaking. Otherwise, you'll have to use AltStore, or just wait for the EU to force Apple to enable sideloading in the coming year. Can I install Retroarch on my iPhone 12 mini?
I think it has more to do with ping. I had cable 1Gbps down and like 80Mbps up, and the ping sucked, and remote play sucked. When they added fiber to our neighborhood last autumn, I was able to switch to that for less money (lol) and my ping was only a few ms. Remote play was feasible, depending on the game. This is my issue. 1 gig fiber/ethernet and still get stuttering and enough input delay that I can't play MLB The Show with it.
I love ANBERNIC, but that one looks hideous with the original gameboy screen combined with the wood, lol. wish it was all black around the display or something because the wood itself looks nice.if only we had emulators in the AppStore.. until then, I will just keep toting this:

More like the stick layout of a Joycon, which probably is the one that makes more sense with this form factor.Inspired by the PS5 controller, but has the stick layout of the Xbox...?

I’m not positive and not an expert my any means but I think the maximum upload speed you have with your internet service provider on the network your PS4/PS5 is connected to via Ethernet would also be very important. If you don’t have a fast upload speed and a steady connection via Ethernet it’s like having a website that loads slowly because the server is connected to a network with slow uploads. I also noticed for me at least PS4/PS5 remote play app is almost useless for me on my iPhone unless I am connected to the 5GHz band WiFi instead of the 2.4GHz band WiFi. The 5GHz band has faster speeds but a smaller range/distance from the router so you might have to be fairly close to your router.Remote play works great for me. Admittedly I'd never play an online game via remote play as there is some input lag.

Not without jailbreaking.
Continuing my post you conveniently cut off:this part is incorrect. you do not need to be jailbroken to use AltStore

You're missing out then since Spider-Man Remastered and Returnal are arriving for Deck soon. When I realized the only thing I wanted to do was emulate, I canceled my Steam Deck order![]()

Bluetooth will drain the battery faster and you can’t hold the screen close to your faceI’ll just use my PS controller thanks.
So they improved the PS controller 😋Surprised the analog sticks aren't symmetrical. It's closer to an Xbox controller

Too bad Remote Play sucksPS5 connected to Ethernet and Mac or iPad getting almost 700Mbs download but keep getting video stuttering.

My Deck has been a godsend for the moments I'm away from my PC a lot. I've been diving into Final Fantasy 7 Remake on it, as well as Halo and Grand Theft Auto Online. I'm looking forward to replaying Persona 5 Royal on it in October.I may take another look at it next year. I just don't play a lot of mobile stuff except for MAME, SNES, NeoGeo, etc. and my Anbernic handheld is really good for that.
