Unfortunately, mine really is still back-ordered. Even if my phone wasn't going to ship until the 25th, what's killing me is NOT KNOWING and AT&T not being able to provide ANY up-to-date information on my order. My order has been sitting in the same back-ordered status for 5 days now.

Step 2) Refresh "**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread"
Step 3) Refresh AT&T Premier Order Status Page
Step 4) Refresh regular AT&T , enter CAPTCHA, check status

i have a weird order status question.
On at&t premier it says that my order is processing and was placed on the 15th, and the phone number also says the same, but when i goto the normal at&t order status page it says that my phone is back ordered and the order was only placed on the 20th because that was the day that my status was updated.
to clarify - my upgrade eligibility has changed to reflect waiting on activation of a new phone and the hold has been placed on my bank card for the price of the phone.
can anyone provide me with some insight? please and thank you!

I ordered 2 phones at 10:40am PST on 6/15 but both sat in limbo till the 18th and 19th according to the AT&T site but premiers still says 6/15. I don't know what order they are going in but it isn't first in first out.
113. mledqt went off backorder tonight around 5 central time no shipping status or info.
Called att about an issue with the zip code (they changed my University specific zip to a generic one for the town). The CSR first said it had shipped and he would give me tracking info, when he went to look for it he said it had not shipped and would be 2 days before they assigned a tracking number to it. He congratulated me for getting an order in before they stopped taking them, and didn't seem to recognize my dismay that my 7:30am order was placed in line behind many later orders.

111. IspepAloc - Off Back order now. I notice I was on back order about 10 minutes ago, so this just happened.
I would like to sarcastically report that finally as of today, I'm no longer on backorder! But still no tracking number
