Backorder List For Iphone 4(AT&T ORD.)(UPDATED 6/22 11:00PM) 131 members on list

OG1: Ordered 6/15 7:00AM PST, Updated 6/22 - NO - Premier - Backorder.

Order was originally cancelled by AT&T, called last wednesday they said it was fixed, status just changed to backorder and visible on main site status today. FML

Ordered from premier at 3pm EST, off backorder at 7am this morning and shipped at 6pm.
 
mine just went from backordered to no backorder, but no shipping yet. how long does it usually take from going off backorder to getting shipping info from att?

A little history, mine went attention for CC issue from wed till I finally got a decent agent on Monday morning. Took 5 min to get off attention after the call, took another 20 to get into the main att order system and have been backordered with a 6/21 date in the main order system since monday. Hope it ships soon
 
#79 can be updated to show that I'm off of backorder, still no shipping but at least I have hope ;)

My wifes ordered (16gb) 11am 6/15 CDT AT&T premiere online store, shipped today at 2:15pm CDT. Supposedly arriving tomorrow the 23rd.

Mine (32gb) ordered 11:10am 6/15 CDT AT&T premiere online store, was on backorder until I called them around 3pm today, then mysteriously went off backorder to pending - no ship date.

Doesn't make a lot of sense... did 10 minutes really make the difference?

Both show 6/15 using the link we got in an email, but 6/16 when checking order status through the premiere site.

Not sure my call asking how much it would cost me to get out of my contract with them helped but it was odd timing. My wife and I each are on our corporate discount plans.
 
#6 off back order. NO shipping yet. Weired when i asked CSR about the delivery date, she said may be tomorrow..

I think the difference lies in the model you two ordered. From putting together the pieces of what we know now it looks like they ran out of 32GB phones over the weekend and got in some more last night/earlier today and started filling those orders accordingly.

I saw news on Engadget.com that the ATT stores will not have the phones until June 29 so maybe that's where it's coming from.
 
What's next....

So my 32 Gb order through Premier on 6/15 finally is showing off backorder through regular ATT order status and "processing" through Premier status. Premier phone robot says the order has processed but not shipped.

Next time...order through anyone but ATT...my guess is that these are set for a June 24th delivery but...just a guess with the wacky ATT status systems...
