fedex's tracking is down so we might not get tracking til much later. on the order status page mine has changed to shipped.

'Alert!' changed to 'processing' 6/21 ~3pm (CC error); came off Backorder 6/22 ~3pm; STATUS 'shipped' with TRACKING NUMBERS, null CARRIER added at ~11am 6/23...FWIW Premier site still showing 'processing'.

So are people able to even activate today or is it a shiny new toy basically worthless until tomorrow?
My wife gets hers today, just wondering if the "I got mine first" is about as stupid as the first one to post a reply comment to a blog or if its actually go-time.
All the same it seems kinda silly... I can sorta see why people get annoyed by us Apple fans. Photos of delivered items and unboxing videos? Seriously?

Yes, I'm up and running. No snags. I think that was the point of Apple allowing the early deliveries--us pre-orderers have already gone through one headache, we don't need another to actually activate the thing.
#79 can be updated to shipped with tracking.
Edited to add that the tracking number is now showing up on FedEx website as well.

I ordered 6/15 through premier but my order date on main ATT page shows 6/22 and back ordered. Is it pretty much settled that I won't get it this week?
I think it's still possible we could even get them tomorrow. I am in the same boat as you are. Ordered eeeeeeeearly 6/15 and then nothing but problems getting it to process. I finally got into the regular order system late on 6/22. Still backordered 5 minutes ago, but maybe just maybe if they ship from a local warehouse we could still get them tomorrow, Friday, or Saturday.
