So frustrating! I am still on backorder this morning!

32 Gig Black---Ordered at 10:30am CST on the 15th
 
I'm not a Premiere customer so haven't been following this. But aren't Premiere customers like top of the food chain for AT&T? Why are so many of you on backorder status?

Everyone who happens to not get there phones on the 24th should write to this man for this debacle: ralph.delavega@att.com

This kind of incompetence will continue unless people start writing to the big wigs and leave the CSR (who only are doing what they are trained to do) alone. Let them know you aren't happy, feel betrayed for those who ordered on 6/15 during the AM rush, and how to improve next time.
 
6/15 - 6/18 -NO- premiere [ON BACKORDER]

says 6/15 on premiere yet 6/18 on att's site. Frustrating.
 
Update!

I just got an e-mail from ATT Premier confirming shipment with fedex tracking number.
 
I just called on my 2 orders and was told mine wouldn't ship till the 24th for delivery on the 25th I asked her why as I ordered 10:40 am on the 15th and she said that's what her screen was telling her.

Just thought I'd update on my situation...

I order through Premier's telephone customer service. On the 15th, their phone ordering servers were down and I got a call back the next day (somewhere around 1pm CST) asking if I'd still like to place my order. I did and was given a weird order number. Since the 16th, I had received no confirmation email, no notification of my order and the order number given to me was incorrect. I could not access my order status through Premier and it was not even showing up as an order under my account. The order number given to me was not showing on either AT&T order status site. However, I was able to check through the normal AT&T website by entering my phone number. Up until this morning, I was backordered with an order date of 6/16. This morning, I check and it has been shipped. How random!? No email, no order number, no nothing and bam... shipped to be delivered tomorrow afternoon by 3pm. I mean I guess I'll take it... but it just shows how absolutely unpredictable AT&T can be.

Guys I checked and mines shipped too! I was just about to cancel and it's now showing as shipped!

Still listed as backordered. Shrug. Ordered a 32GB at 2:30 PM eastern, before the "cutoff".
 
Well I tried to call for status on my order and ATT hung up on me stating to call back later due to high call volumes.
 
Update for Juan007 - Order is off backorder and now SHIPPED. Woo hoooo!!!!!

I will get it a day early too. AT&T is #1!!!!!!!!!!!
