The only issue is that the phone wasn't being used at that time. I hardly use my phone for that high intensity work.

There are so many background processes that can be occurring on a modern phone that the only way to say that definitively is if the phone is powered down entirely. Try that - power it down entirely than try charging it from the same port and see the difference.

Yes of course, I'm just saying that I wasn't using it actively.
 
It hasn't been even a year since I got the battery replaced by Apple for my iPhone 6 and I feel like my phone is losing battery life faster than expected again. What do you guys think about the usage in the screenshot?

With 2 signal dots, location services, and bluetooth there it seems like it's not completely unusual for an iPhone 6. But that single take on it at a high battery usage percentage doesn't really tell that much of a more complete story.
